Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compond, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD), over a coat of priming coat (Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of compnent Acrylic polymer dispersion based flexible protective coating and waterproof barrier AquaArm TopGuard/ Sika topseal 107. Application of the two coats will be perpendicular with each other and will be applied through out the floor and all the walls. Application should be done by the authorized applicator, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plastering the entire walls mixed with Aqua ArmWP-10 a single component chloride free integral waterproofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar to minimize the shrinkage in cracks, permeability and increase the water proofing properties, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for making screed bed on the treated floor, morter prepared by cement, sand and 6mm stone chips in the ratio of (1:2:4) admixed AquaArmWP10 a water proofing admixture and make the floor fit for tiles or net cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (400X400mm) in floor, over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) on floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ceramic coloured tiles size as above in skirting, over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:3) on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of 450x300x7mm thick tiles on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over 10mm thick backing coat of in cement mortar (1:3), all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded complete over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and rough, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded complete over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and rough, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab machine cut, bedded over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below :- (a) Taking down /scrapping out existing old tarfelt bituminous compound including, sweeping, cleaning, washing down to remove dust etc and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 250m.(b) 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1 : 4 finished even and smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 ltrs per sqm confirming to IS-3384. (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm ) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrance shall be torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm longitudinal direction. (f) One coat of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of block drain pipe (SGSW / hume pipe) upto 150mm dia by rodding from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning the same all as required and including disposing off the deposited sludge , etc inside pipes to a distance exc 50 m & n.exc 200 mtr burried under ground (minimum 30cm below ground level) including necessary excavating of pitsin soft/ioose soil and returning filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder @ .20 Kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes including taking out accumulated Semi liquid, sludge and other deposits such as broken bricks, silt etc from manholes of depth n.exc. 1.5 mtr, cleaning as directed and removing the same to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and burried under ground(min 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including , sprinkling of bleaching powder @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around to slope, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of open shaft of Md accn Bldg including gully trap, cleaning with wire brush including of grass, roots,bushes etc and taking out accumulated garbage etc, from shaft and removing the same to a distance n. exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for grouting hold fasts, coping, filling in pressed steel chowkat or similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets,etc (excluding Light Fitting), removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls & floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down DB's including MCB's etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring of any size/core/type including making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC insulated sheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade (conforming to IS) drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia (concealed), medium grade with all necessary fittings, concealed wiring for light / Fan / Bell on independent board, point controlled by one switch including 1.5 Sq mm PVC FRLSH insulated copper stranded conductor for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in 1.60 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes including flush metal box 2/4/6/8/12 module with module inner and outer plates for mounting moduler switches, socket outlet, regulator etc. with 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet cover for housing switches, socket outlet, regulator etc., complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion. Notes: (a) Proper colour coding of PVC insulated copper wire should be maintained as red/yellow/blue wires for phases, black wire for neutral and green wire for earth. (b) Two run of 1.5 Sq.mm for phase and neutral and one run of 1.5 Sq.mm for earth wire. (c) Concealed type in permanent bldg and surface type in temporary bldg or as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC insulated sheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade (conforming to IS) drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia (concealed), medium grade with all necessary fittings, concealed wiring for one 3 pin socket outlet, 5 amps on independent board, point controlled by one switch including 1.5 Sq mm PVC FRLSH insulated copper stranded conductor for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in 1.60 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes including flush metal box 2/4/6/8/12 module with module inner and outer plates for mounting moduler switches, socket outlet, regulator etc. with 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet cover for housing switches, socket outlet, regulator etc., complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion.
