Supplying and pouring of polysulphide sealent polymer based, UV resistant, flexible tear resistant, rubbery self - levelling, non-staining sealent of approved make confirming to BS 5212 : 1990 part-I type F & type FB (Flame and fuel resistance), IS 12118 part-1-1987, BS:4254 and ASTM C 920 and BN EN 14188-2:2004 including removing of old/damaged sealent in construction joints, cleaning of joints using pressurised air blower etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Expansion Joints of size 25 mm wide and 10 mm deep. ii) Construction Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep. iii) Dummy Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep. [Note: For purpose of payment, quantity (Length x Width x Depth) of Polysulphide sealant only will be measured.]

Providing and laying Expanded closed cell polythylene foam back-up rod confirming to ASTMC-5249-95 or ASTMD-3575 in expansion joint as per the direction and satisfaction of E-I-C. 30mm

Providing and repairing of edges of expansion/construction/dummy joints in concrete pavements using epoxy adhesive shalibond 41 or equivalent confirming to ASTM C 881, type-1 grade-3 class-B & C etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and repairing of edges of expansion/construction/dummy joints in concrete pavements using salifix EM-51 epoxy mortar or equivalent confirming to ASTM C 395-01 (2012) etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
