Miscellaneous Civil and Electrical Maintenance Works for NFC-Kota Township and Heavy Water Plant Colony, Rawatbhata.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Earth work in surface excavation in all kind of soil/ordinary rock/loose muck not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Supplying, stacking and filling of good earth for all heights and depths in planters, for site grading or at any other place as directed to proper levels, slopes, grades and camber with selected earth obtained from approved source for all leads including excavation, loading, unloading, transportation etc.,breaking clods, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm loose thickness, watering, ramming and compacting with road roller or other suitable means, etc. complete,as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of royalty.

Supplying and Filling with Manufactured SAND of specified quality under floors, in planters, foundations, plinths, tank foundations etc. for all depths and heights including transportation to site for all leads and lifts, including loading, unloading, spreading in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/or other equipment to the specified levels to achieve 85% relative density as per IS:2720 Part XIV, including preparation of subgrade to the required slope, providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation all complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates shall be inclusive of the cost of all labour, material, equipments etc. all complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of grade M 10 using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 40mm/20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including concrete laid to proper camber, profile, level / slope / gradient, consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish, formwork as applicable, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.
