Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by using power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick Soling or sub base with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstics filled surfaces formed and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness), Wet Mix Macadam(WMM), laid in two layers of 75mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor pavor and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80KN-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013.

Material and labour for Preparing unsurfaced WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and cleaning the complete surfaces by using mechanical blower upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for laying Bituminous Premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG – 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver finisher, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note: Minimum Bitumen content shall be 5.5% as specified here in above. Please note that if the actual quantity of bitumen to be incorporated on approval of Mix–Design is found more than the minimum bitumen content specified above, No price adjustment shall be made for actual bitumen content of Mix–Design. Bitumen shall be Paving Bitumen of Grade VG–30 and shall be procured by the contractor. Mix Design shall be approved by GE.

Material & Labour for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MoRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 110mm x 120mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including aluminium studs of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
