Material and labour for fabricating and fixing in position 12mm thick commercial plywood ISI marked on top of the bed including taking out old broken/chipped off plywood complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for french polishing of bed after cleaning the surfaces (old or new) with sand /emery paper, refilling the borer holes/cracks with putty (wherever required,) applying the raw sienna/ burnt sienna as per requirement, make the surface smooth again with sand/emery paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for fabricating and fixing new cushion 40d rapped in tapestry cloth not less than 200/- per meter after removing old cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polishing to the chiar dining with suitable coats of french polish after preparation of all wooden surfaces including cleaning and rubbing with stand paper, applying suitable colour, filling of joints with putty and making smooth the surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for fabricating and fixing in repairs 18 mm thick Pre laminated particle board (ISI Marked) for different table tops of wooden and steel furniture of existing size and pattern with 4mm thick 18mm wide TW beading all around. Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing broken table top of the table dinning ORs with Alm sheet top of any description, and replacement of the same with new Table top 18 mm thick plain particle board both sides commercial face ISI marked of medium desity, flat pressed single layer type with BWR adhesive 1.9 mtrs long and 0.685 mtrs width including top cover 0.63 mm thick almunium sheet on top fixed with 25mmx12 gauge stainless steel screws, 28 Nos with suitable washers on top made to shape, fixed in position, complete all as shown in drawings and specified and as directed. Removing damaged/unserviceable Cane plastic from wooden furniture and material and Labour for recanning with 2mm wide cane (colour of white/ivory) as per godrej pattern complete all as specified & shown on drawing and as directed. Removing old nylon newar/ damaged old cane plastic from Chair Varandah and repairing the chair with material and labour for the following complete all as specified and as directed. (FD 256)

Retapping the chair varandah with 25mm wide plastic newar white colour 1st quality duly stitched at dead ends with nylon thread, complete all as specified and directed.

Recanning the chair varandah with 3.5-4mm cane white colour Ist quality half round cane, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of hard PVC shoe (set of 4) white colour, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to the steel frame of the chair with one coat of paint white of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabricating and fixing of 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board ISI marked both side laminated with one side teak shade lamination and other side white lamination. The PLB 18 mm thick shall be incorporated in repair works to the replacement of various parts of wooden furniture ie. Table dining, table writing, table peg, teapoy, teapoy varandah,bin linen, side board, bed etc. The top of table made out of 18m thick PPB shall strictly as per the size mentioned in drg of the article under repair. The top shall be provided with minimum 4mmx18mm thick teak wood beading all around the top to cover the expsed edgs and shall be properly french polished, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabricating and fixingof 12mm thick plywood ISI marked in fabrication for various parts of wooden furniture and steel furniture with approprate screws, nails adhesive, polish etc with best worksmanship, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabricating and fixing 12mm thick pre laminated particle board ISI marked both side laminated, one side teak shade lamination and other side white lamination in repairs to the various wooden furniture. the repair work shall be done with best worksmanship and in accordance with the furniture drgs. all expersed edges shall be properly covered and provided with 4mm x 12 mm thick teakwood beading if the exposed edges are in vision, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabricating and fixing 6 mm thick plywood ISI marked commercial face in repair works for the replacement of various parts of wooden furniture ie. Table dining, table writing, table peg, teapoy, teapoy varandah,bin linen, side board, bed, wooden almirah all type, almirah MU, hat stand, etc. all parts whereever replaced in repairs and exposed to vision shall be french polished after prepration of surfaces to match with the old existing parts, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing and repairing of various parts of woooden furniture with hard wood Ist quality. The hard wood shall be free from crackes and joints and shall be well seasoned. The fabrication and fixing of parts shall be as per drg and of proper worksmanship. The joints shall be fixed with bamboo pin and glue, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of exising old/wornout/unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe/ IP folding and tighening the frame of charpoy including supply and reweaving on top and bottom portion of charpoy with new nylon tape newar 50 to 55 mm vide virgin quality as approved by Engr-in-charge,newar shall be white of 1st quality ,weight of newar shall between 1.45kg to 1.50kg each charpoy and shall be closely woven as per the pattern shown on drawing and as directed by Engr - in - Charge. Removing existing old and unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new long rail of GI Pipe 32 mm bore medium grade ISI marked threaded at both end fixed in position complete all as directed and shown on drawing. (FD-220)

Removing existing old and unserviceable short rail of charpoy GI and fabrication and fixing of short rail by cutting and converting from long rail obtained vide Srl item No 18 here-in-before threading both end complete all as shown on drawing and as directed. (FD-220)

Removing existing old and unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe and fabrication and fixing of legs by cutting and converting from short rails as obtained vide Srl Item No 19 here in before cutting and threading at one end and supply and fixing MS plate 3 mm thick, 40 mm dia by welding at other and of legs including provision of two parellel MS clamps made of 25x3 mm flat iron duly welded for MNF set fixed in position and painted with two coats of synthetic enaml paint black over and including a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. Removing existing old unserviceable GI check nut from the frame of charpoy GI 32mm boreand supplying and fixing of new check nut, fixed in position complete all as shown in drg and as directed.

Removing existing unserviceabel GI elbow 32mm dia from the frame of GI charpoy and supply & fixing of new Elbow GI 32mm ISI Marked and fixed in position complete all as shown in drg and as directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 141335.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 14A of IAFW-1815-Z. The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 14A of IAFW-1815-Z.
