M&L for cleaning of sewar lines in any position of dia 100 mm to 300 mm in any depth by mechanically using water fitting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of 3000 ltrs and 260 LPM with min 145 bar, suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver & operator, supervising Engineer for cleaning of chocked sewer line including providing water for jetting means removing all sludge and solid, semi-solid or sludge or any shape from sewer line and manholes by blocking the line from one manhole to other manholes and cleaning the line by flushing with water including loading and removing the taken out sludge/organic/inorganic material in covered transort and disposing the same out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note : 1. After reciving complaint from MES Rep by Contractor's supervisor / Site Engineer, job to be completed within 12 working hours. 2. Maximum of 750 RM will be cleaned in a single working day by the Jetting machine,The cleaned sewage line has to be maintained and keep fully functional by removing and type of blockage,For any damage/casualty occured during working in sewer line or MH or at Other work shall be the responsiblity of the contractor and the contractor shall take all preventive measures / efforts for working in sewer work).

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over old black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road materials over a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with paving bituman any penetration, (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing of black top road surfaces and road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick, 10 to 15 cm wide, including reflectorising glass beads @ 0.25kg per sqm area as per IRC:35 1997 complete as per technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications, to roads, pavements and the like finishing surface to uniform level and free from streaks & holes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in- charge.

M & L for chequred cement concrete coloured tiles size 20cmx20cm/25x25cm/30x30cm x20-25mm thick with cement and no pigment in floors etc set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, factory made road side kerb stone etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM(1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on new concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
