Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of specials such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the damaged mangalore tile roofing including removal of pan tiles , wooden reeper with T.W. planks and stocking of the useful materials etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Racking out the brick joints to a depth of 5cm to 7 cm to remove the dead mortar in between the brick joints and cleaning the surface with coir brush and washed with pure water including erection and dismantling of scaffolding at every stage etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing the existing vegetation growth in the Building by way of uprooting the plants manually and then drilling with power driller up to the root depth of plants obtain a clean and neat drill so as to continuously inspect and remove left over roots of vegetation growths and to inject pesticides into the holes so as to prevent further growth of vegetation in the future to safeguard the country old heritage building etc. The cost including the cost of pesticides used, hire charges of injecting machine for injecting chemicals, cost of tools and all labour charges, etc., complete. The above works should be carried out as per the direction of the departmental officers and complying with standard specification.

Big Plants

Removal of damaged and fire affected wooden doors and windows without causing any damage to the existing ancient brick masonry wall including carefully removing brick corners of doors and windows etc complete complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling of damaged and undulated flooring and conveying debries from all floors to ground level outside the mahal etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Carefully removal of existing dead (detoriated) lime plastering over the wall, arches and ceiling etc., including erection and dismantling of scaffolding etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling (carefully removing) the cracked/ dislodged brick wall of the building and to dispose debris etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Carefully removing the decayed/ affected wooden beam/joist/girder in Madras terrace roofing upto 12.00 m length by carefully dislodging at ends and top including making necessary notches or openings in the wall on either side of joist, beam to enable it removed and stocking of all materials outside mahal including erection of scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Strengthening of the brick foundation of the wall with similar type of bricks by the method of mending / under pinning/ grouting etc., as per the existing clues with lime mortar 1:2, curing etc., including scooping out the erroded/ damaged brick and cleaning the surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pointing, grouting and filleting the brick joint of wall and arches with lime mortar 1:2 (one of lime and two of sand) including erection of scaffolding , curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Reconstruction of brick masonry wall with similar type of Brick work in lime mortar 1:2 (one lime two sand) using wire cut brick of size 9"x4"x3" (Specially manufacturing) for super structure in ground floor mortar mixed in the herbals executed as per traditional preparation and documented type construction such as arches and lintels etc., including erection of scaffolding curing complete complying with standard specification by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for repairing the TW beam, joist including servicing and refixing. etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Making, supplying and fixing of well seasoned best quality teak wood full length new members like beam , joist etc., in position for roofing portion or any other area , TW frames for doors and windows including making necessary size holes in masonry to recieve the ends of wooden memnbers , all fixtures and fastenings with one coat of primer etc., as directed by the departmental officers. ( Items to include using a larger section of wood to get the mouldings and chamfers as per orginal design , sample to be shown to the Executive Engineer for approval before use on works.)

Grouting and stitching the cracked wall and arches by toothing method including cutting of groove and fixing of key stone in horizontal and finishing the surface with lime mortar as per orginal etc. including erection of scaffolding etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Relaying of flooring with new kota stone with lime mortar 1:2 ( One of lime and two of sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with lime mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification as per directed by the departmental officers. . (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Renewal of supplying and fixing in position of Teak Wood Reepers of size 2"X 1" including Loading,Unloading and Conveyance at site of work etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers.

Laying of roofing with Mangalore tiles over galvanised sheet 0.25mm set in teak wood reepers of size (50x12mm) using pollachi lime in all floors for brick masonry band with mangalore tiles including teak wood reepers of size (50x12mm) complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate includes the cost of all materials like mangalore tiles, galvanised sheet and labour charges for laying of mangalore tiles with galvanised sheet roof in position)

Laying of roofing with old Mangalore tiles over galvanised sheet 0.25mm set in teak wood reepers of size (50x12mm) using in all floors for brick masonry band with mangalore tiles including teak wood reepers of size (50x12mm) complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate includes the cost of all materials like mangalore tiles, galvanised sheet and labour charges for laying of mangalore tiles with galvanised sheet roof in position)

Supplying and stacking new best Mangalore Ridge tiles at site of work for premeasurement as directed by the departmental officers, etc., complete.

Replastering ( base plastering) the brick wall, pillars and arches, etc., with lime mortar 1:2 ( one of lime and two of sand) to a thickness of 30 mm laid in two layers of 15mm thick using Pollachi lime in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Making , supplying and fixing of Teak wood panelled door shutter two leaves of door opening of the door shutter using Teak wood styles and rails of thickness of 0.05m alround and centere and the panels should be covered with 50mm thick Teak wood planks and louvered planks of size 150mm x 20 mm thick, all are to be done in the existing clues the shutter should be fixed in position with necessary furniture fitting such as 6-Nos cost of Aluminium butt hinges 6” long, 4-Nos Aluminium tower bolt 3'-00”, Aluminium aldrop 10” with necessary screws and nails and painting the door shutter with one coat of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Making, supplying and fixing of panelled window shutter with Teak wood styles and rails of thickness of 0.04m both vertical and Horizontal and intermediate frames and the panels should be covered with 25mm thick Teak wood planks, all are to be done in the exisiting clues including labour charges for wrought put up and fixing the shutter in position with necessary furniture fittings such as Aluminium Butt hinges 125x30mm-3Nos Aluminium Hooks or eyes - 6”-2 No and tower bolt 3”-1No including finishing the shutter with one coat of primer and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the new/ old plastered surface with lime in three layers, two base coats and one top coat of fine quality lime layers from the company M-Lime. The top finished coat should be done as per approved colour texture or as directed by the Conservation Architect / Engineer in charge of the work.

Revarnishing the old wood work with two coats of best melamine varnish of approved quality and brand including preparation of surface etc. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials, labour charges and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Painting the wall with two coats plastic emulsion paint of approved quality over apriming coat including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges. ( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive engineer before us on work.

Providing pest control with antitermite treatement drilling holes at junction of walls with floors at 300mm intervals and injucting chemical emulsion on those with cement etc. making holes along the vertical surface out side the walls at 150mm intervals to the depth of 450mm pointing chemical emulsion into the holes and closing holes with chemical etc. spraying all surface of treatment is to be done as per IS code no:5313/ Part III 1981 with approved chemical. (The chemical is to be used on the work should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work) etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Shade Net (Green Net) using vertical protection for under constrtion / High-rise building. The net standard size is 3mx50m &5mx50m. The rate is inclusive cost of Agro Shade Net, binding wire(or) cable tie,Labour charges for fixing inposition and neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of hoisting machine by hire basis (including labour charges) for lifting of all materials from ground to terrace and shifting of damaged unused materials from terrace to gound floor with necessary rope, haisting platform, motor, controller as per site requirement days etc., the rate is inclusive of hire charges for machine, labour charges for operating the machine and daily bata and conveyance charges and dismantling and removing the same after completion of work etc complete with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of mortar pit of size 0.90x0.45m with necessary earth work excavation of sand filling 15cm thick, PCC 1:5:10, 8cm thick brick partition wall 11.50cm thick to a height of 60cm with plastering 1:5, 12mm thick on both sides etc complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
