SUPPLYING AND FIXING ROLLING SHUTTERS: Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS lathes 18 gauge interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary springs of required size and M. S top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The measurement for rolling shutters will be as per structural openings only. Note : Hood, Guides etc. will not be measured separately.

Rolling shutters GEAR OPERATED with handles including top hood 0.90 mm thick.
MOTORIZED ARRANGEMENT OF ROLLING SHUTTERS: Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing motorized arrangements (with remote & manual operation) including designing & providing control panels, limit switches, required wiring and cables from panel to motor and required size of shaft etc. of approved make all as per standard specifications including commisioning and testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Note : Only power supply point will be provided.
For rolling shutters up to 15.00 sq.m opening area.
For rolling shutters above 15.00 Sq.m and up to 30.00 sq.m opening area.
GRILLED ROLLING SHUTTER: Extra for providing grilled rolling shutter manufactured out of 8 mm dia MS Bar instead of lathes as per specifications, design approved by the Engineer-in-charge complete
DISMANTLING DOORS, WINDOWS: Dismantling doors, windows, rolling shutter and clear storey openings (steel / wood) shutter including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 100 m lead (full windows) of area 3.00 Sq.M and below
REMOVING EXISTING ROLLING SHUTTERS: Removing existing damaged rolling shutter and transporting the same to srap yard / Trombay Village Stores in truck or tempo. The rates are inclusive loading unloading complete all as directed.
Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead In R.S Joists, Angles etc.
Providing STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK USING ANGLES, CHANNELS, JOISTS AND OTHER SECTIONS, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Project Engineer. Up to and including 300mm Joists, 350mm channels, and below sections Using materials of confirming to IS:2062 only. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials. Note: 1) Structural steel required for the work shall not be supplied by the Department and the contractor has to procure the same confirming to IS:2062. 2) Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment, but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate. 3) All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. 4) The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers.
HOLLOW METAL FLUSH STEEL DOORS: Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors 40 mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4 mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing hinges, mortise / dead lock of approved make, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stailless steel tower bolt, etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fastners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
PERIODIC GENERAL SERVICE OF AWNINGS including checking of the Awnings, oiling, greasing, maintaining proper functioning of gear box, locks, knobs, front channel, brackets, Fabric Washing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
WATER JET CLEANING OF AWNINGS WITH REQUIRED PRESSURED WATER JET and with the help of portable pressure jet developing machine & power cable of sufficient length supplied by the contractor. Power supply for the cleaning will be as per Schedule-A and as available at site.
SUPPLYING & FIXING FITTINGS / FIXTURES OF AWNINGS with suitable screws, nut-bolts, clips, Poder Coated attachments & accessories of Approved Brand etc. as and when required for proper functioning of the Awning including testing as directed by Engineering-in-Charge.

Lead charges for lead exceeding 3 km but not exceeding 4 km by mechanical transport includinmg loading, unloading, stacking, levelling etc. Note: The rates in respect of Item are applicable for NET Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 30% from corresponding TRUCK Measurement). Note: Trasporting of debries at disposal ground, disposing, stacking, leveling & statutery charges if any will be responsibility of the Contractor and no extra charges shall be paid for the same.

CARRYING OUT MANUAL MISC. FITTER / CARPENTRY / PLUMBING / CIVIL / MASONRY JOBS like minor repairs, fixing fitting and fixtures etc. as and when required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: 1. Labours shall bring necessary carpentary / plumbing tools, minimum materials such as washher, taflon tape, rawlpludge, screws, clips etc. 2) Payment shall be made as per the Log book duly approved by the Enginner in charge. 3) Contrator shall arrange necessary Police Verification Certificate for the workers engaged for thess work. 4) The contractor shall deploy one skilled, semiskilled or unskilled person for each job for 8 1/2 hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period.
SKILLED FITTER / CARPENTERY/PLUMBING/MASONRY JOB / WORKS with valid Police Verification Certificate for entire contract period.
SEMI-SKILLED FITTER / CARPENTERY/PLUMBING/MASONRY JOB / WORKS with valid Police Verification Certificate for entire contract period.
Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder Civil Engineer with 2 (Two) years experience or Diploma holder with 5 (Five) years experience (Licentiate in Civil/Construction Engineering / Technology) conducted by Board of Technical Examinations / University / Autonomous Govt. / Govt. recognized recognized Polytechnic/ Institute. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the Engineer will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per month as per requirement at site for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Engineer exclusively for the particular job. (5) Engineer should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CSS, ESG, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Engineer will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of engineer is 1 (one) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1,915/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.
SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT: Providing and Painting two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high build coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of EPILUX-13 High Build primer of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper , making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat). Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. Note : The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
