Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of electric poles, struts, PCC blocks etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of assembly, bed concrete including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement, struts, PCC blocks etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles and similar work including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old / unserviceable underground LT cables and connections including pipes, bricks or precast concrete cable cover etc from trenches / walls / poles of any cross sectional area and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse and unserviceable materials removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 1100 Volt Arial bunched conductor having phase conductor of multistranded compacted circular aluminium conductor screen of extruded semi conducting compound extruded XLPE insulated, insulation screen of extruded semi conducting compound over all metallic screen of copper tape extruded PVC type ST-2 sheathed twisted around bare aluminium alloy messenger generally as per IS-7098 Part-II of size 3 x 50 Sqmm + 1 x 50 Sqmm, 1 X 35 Sqmm and 1 X 16 Sqmm complete with dead end clamp, suspension clamp, Eye Hook, welding and cable jointing kit as per site requirement with the existing LT disribution system complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / taking up of LT unserviceable pre-stressed concrete / steel poles of any size and shape and including taking out dismantled portion of poles embedded in ground after necessary demolition of concrete foundation and making good disturbed ground surface properly and disposal thereof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Earth work for taking out of poles shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

Material and labour for steel tubular swagged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meters long) including two coats of silver paint over one coat of red oxide paint complete with strip of black and white strips having 30 cm of width upto 1.5 meter height from top of coping including taking out old unserviceale PCC pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Excavation, foundation concrete, preservative treatment etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for pre stressed concrete pole 9.0 meter long 102mm X 172 mm at top and 12 mm and 279 mm at bottom class 10 with strip of black and white strips having 30 cm of width upto 1.5 metre height from top of coping including taking out old unserviceale PCC pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors or disturbed span including line spacer and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and unserviceable materials, removing from the site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for rectification of fault related ACSR jumpers, insulators binding wire by removing old one and replacement with new wire binding or rejumper as required etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Material shall be measured and paid separately under supply only.

Supply and fixing in replacment of ACSR conductor of any size and type from overhead HT / LT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc including taking down existing worn out old broken ACSR conductor of any size and type and length at any position from LT / HT poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only by re-straining, tightening of ACSR conductors of any size / type on HT / LT poles including necessary new aluminium binding wire for fixing with insulator / PVC sleeves for jumper etc as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Serviceable ACSR conductors shall be obtained from Ser item No. 27.00 here-in-before.

Material and labour in replacement of galvanised steel wire 4.0 mm dia for continuous earth wire and craddles hexagonal / rectangular shall be provided and securely fastened to each pole and connected with earth ordinarily and craddle guarding where required complete including dismantling existing GI wire all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and / or unserviceable materials removing from the site(s) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections i.e. mild steel channel or angle sections etc. including new nuts, bolts, washers as required dia / length in size, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint (1st quality) as required complete as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable cross arm, mild steel channel, angle section obtained from Ser item No 32.00 here-in-before as ordered and inclusive of one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement unserviceable aluminium lugs / thimble of size 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement unserviceable aluminium lugs / thimble of size 70 / 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement unserviceable aluminium lugs / thimble of size 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing old unserviceable STS poles (09 and 11) meters long of any type from the PCC foundation, couping and including carefully taking down existing ACSR conductor, cables, street light, security light fitting, GI brackets, looping boxes, stay assembly of any type and pattern etc, after disconnection of electric supply by using necessary T&P / Crane / any mechanical method will be applied and disposal of debris upto distance not exceeding 100 m complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Hire charges of T&P / crane / hydra / JCB etc for disconnection of electric supply and cost of disposal of debris shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swagged pole 09 m long, type 410 SP-32, weight not less than 154 kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked conforming to IS : 2713-1980, complete with all accessories, such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws, washers and drilling of holes for continuous GI earth wire as specified including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black japan paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Cutting, trimming and vending tree branches along HT overhead lines, after arranging electrical shutdown, including taking all precautions while working on lines using own T&P by the contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) Branches of trees shall be cut upto 3 metre from the outer conductor of overhead line. (ii) Cutting / trimming of branches shall be done after obtaining necessary shut down in writing by the Engineer-in-Charge to avoid any casuality.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium socket and lugs of appropriate size after disconnecting the cable of any size 1100 volt grade from panel and de-reeling the loop, including cutting out and removing the burnt portion of the cable end and relaying the serviceable portion in the existing position / layout including necessary earthwork, chases cutting in PCC work, taking out and relaying bricks and making good the disturbed surfaces and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for carrying out repairs to the repairable APFC Panels including servicing / replacing wornout nuts, bolts, cable lugs, connecting wires, markers, insulating sleeves, repairs to PCC foundation etc and replacement of power capacitors with equal or higher capacities, capacitor switching duty contactor, suitable APFC relay, HRC fuse links etc including reinstallation at original or at a new location all as specified and as directed. Note: - Replacement of power capacitor, capacitor switching duty contactor and APFC relay, HRC fuse links will be measured separately but cost for the the rest items required to make the APFC controller functional to achieve best result should deem to be included in the rate.
