Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km all specified and directed.
M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external wall mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.
Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked all as approved by GE
M&L for preparation of new surface of walls (external surfaces) and applying 2 coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer in normal pattern/camouflage pattern (as per manufacturer's instructions) and all as specified and directed. Note :- A gap of 24 hours should be given between two coats, over a coat of primer on plastered/unplastered surface should be allowed to cure completely such as surfaces applying one coat of exterior wall primer by thinning a litre of primer with one Ltr of water allow the primer coat for four hours incl cleaning and ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, and filling the surface imperfections such as holes, dirt, fine cracks are to be filled with wall putty or mixture of white cement and fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down / steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and cleaning with water on wall (height upto 20 mtr) complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for applying 2 coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer in normal pattern/camouflage pattern by diluting of water (as per manufacturer's instructions). M&L preparation of old steel sheet roofing of CGI sheet/aluminium sheeting surfaces, iron /framed work of any description by scrubbing down the dust, dirt by wire brushing, sand paper etc to complete removal of rusting portion and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint in normal pattern / camouflage pattern, over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for scraping out loose mortar/concrete by chiselling/wire brushing complete and applying rust removing solution (Rebakalene/Rustonil solution) to exposed corroded reinforcement and applying a coat of epoxy primer(Nitozinc primer from M/S Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacturer's instructions providing & fixing of wire mesh of weight not less than 2.5 Kg/Sqm,then applying 25 mm average thickness plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (Complast 'WL') recommended by the manufacturer with guniting machine at a pressure not less than 5 Kg/sqm and finally rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified & directed.
Cutting out the vegetation like shrubs, plants and trees of any description and any girth and taking out roots from the wall or roofs and making good of dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of brick work masonry built in CM incl all square, arches, pillars etc but excl ashlars facing dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
