RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer of CPWD (Format of deposition receipt should be as per Annexure-A of this NIT)

RequiredEnlistment Order of the Contractor of CPWD in appropriate Category and valid on the date of opening of tender.

RequiredGST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. or If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the state in which the work is to be taken up or as required by the GST authorities, then in such case the bidder shall scan and upload following undertaking along with other documents.

RequiredShould have valid (THROUGH OUT THE CONTRACT PERIOD WITH OUT ANY LAPSE) Electrical License issued by Karnataka State electrical inspectorate/licensing board in the name of contractor or an undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate contractors having valid electrical license of eligible class for execution of all electrical works.

RequiredShould have valid labour license (THROUGH OUT THE CONTRACT PERIOD WITH OUT ANY LAPSE) suitable for executing the works in the state of Karnataka, the contractors from other than Karnataka state shall Upload an undertaking that they will apply for the same immediately after award of the work
