Fly ash brick 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Super structure.

12mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) for brick work including all cost, conveyance, royalty etc. all complete per 1 Sqm

Supplying, fitting and fixing of fabricated doors and windows with angle iron frame and grills of approved design including cot, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete

Providing two coats with any approved colour Weather Coat to out side surface of wall over a coat of primer of approved shade and quality etc. including all cost, complete per 1 Sqm

Painting two coats with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyance, etc. complete.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift including rough dressing and backing clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with Sand watered and rammed as per OPWD specification including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, T&P etc. all complete/cum.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size Crusher broken hard granite metal including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, T & P water for curing etc. all complete/cum.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018 (See Page-233, Item No. 25.17.2 of SR-2022)omplete.
