Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Boom Barrier 2 HP/80W or more, 3 phase, 415 Volts coupled with suitable reduction gear and its accessories of drive mechanism with heavy duty operation dual speed system opening and closing time of boom 2 & 10 sec or less with weather proof enclosure box IP 54 and connected with minimum 6 mtrs boom aluminium along with control panel complete with necessary copper conductor power cabling from control room to the boom barrier up to a distance of 30 mtr and any other works such as civil works, etc and including following accessories:- (a) Induction motor 2HP/ 80W or more, 3 phase, 750 RPM or more. (b) Reduction gear box (Operators 0-90 degree from maximum 2 to 10 sec or less) with suitable timer watch operation system. (c) Boom made of aluminium hollow section 4"x2" heavy duty covered with reflected tape highway radium type 2" width red in colour. (d) Timer switch 240 V AC supply, 50 Hz. (e) MS housing box made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet as enclosure to the unit and painting with two coats synthetic enamel over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer. (f) Electrical control panel for operating boom with 3 years warranty with handle operation provision. (g) Boom made of non corrosive anodised octagonal aluminium and counter weight MS metal rectangle shape. (h) White boom with reflected red coloured taps strips including STOP signs in red colour at the centre of bottom and necessary PCC foundation work from barrier. Notes for item No. 1 and 2: (i) The work shall be carried out in the presence of company representative. (ii) Approved make, catalogue and details shall be submitted by contractor before start the work. (iii) All materials and design shall be submitted by contractor before start the work.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Tyre Killer/ Tyre buster with electro-hydraulically operated heavy duty spike construction which rises above the ground level on giving a valid input signal and prevents unauthorized intrusions at entry/ exit points with control panel complete with necessary copper conductor power cabling from control room to the Tyre Killer/ Buster and any other works such as civil works of PCC foundation etc and consisting of following technical specifications:- (a) Tyre Killer/ Buster of length 6 mtr with separate electro-hydraulic unit consisting of underground casing and heavy duty steel spikes designed to destroy tyres in case of unauthorized intrusion. (b) Electro hydraulically operated with rising/ lower time of less than 3 seconds. (c) Hand pump for manual operation in case of power failure.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil.

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe, ISI marked IS 14390 Part-II, of outer dia 77mm and inner dia 63mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure underground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, 'O' Ring etc, for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, lay and testing XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC innersheated, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty LT UG electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 of cross- sectional area 25 sqmm 3.5 core .

Supply, lay and testing XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC innersheated, armoured with glavanised wire, heavy duty LT UG electric cable with solid aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 of cross- sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6 mtr high pole base plate size 220x220x12 mm size pole fabricating out of medium grade tapered pole octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal conforming to BSEN 100 25 or equivalent with base plate Fe 410 conforming to IS 2062 of suitable thickness with provision of 4 Nos foundation bolts EN 8Gr. The pole shall be galvanized as per IS 4759/BSEN1461 standards with average coating thickness of 65 micron inspection/ housing with 6 Amp SP MCB and with 32 Amp aluminium bus bar in junction box, complete end termination etc with grouting of base plate in concrete foundation 1:2:4 concrete with nonshrink polymeric water proof grouting compound admixture (of CICO or equivalent) including excavation, earth work, refilling etc. (All poles should be prewired from junction box to fixture with 2.5 sqmm size of wires and provision for mounting fitting such as GI brackets of 1.2 mtr long on pole). S&F MCCB 4 pole, 415 V fixed type , 63 Amps, 16 kA in the existing LT panel all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate deemed to be included of any alteration works in the panel if ay requires.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6mm means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of copper and protected by light grade 40 mm dia galvanised iron pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009).

M&L for PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as filling in the cutting road/ concrete path for laying of cable and making good as per site surface complete all as specified and as directed.
