Providing and laying sand filling/ watering, ramming consolidation and dressing complete including loading unloading and carriage of material from C&D plant to site complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 2 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.10

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR 6.1.1)

15mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.5.1)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished ,machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm (DSR 8.2.2.1)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of quired size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) (D.S.R 10.28).

Providing and fixing of fiberglass cartoon figures with sculpture of size upto 6'6”(Height)x5'0"(Width)x1'6"(Thickness) including painting with good quality paint and gloss coating including fixing on existing platform to the entire satisfaction engineer in charge. Cost includes all type of labour cost, material cost, transportation cost etc.

Providing and fixing of fiberglass figure of size upto 2’6"(Height)x1'6"(Width)x 1'6"(Thickness) fixed on stainless steel pipe of length upto 9' and dia upto 1" including painting with good quality paint and gloss coating including fixing on existing platform to the entire satisfaction engineer in charge. Cost includes all type of labour cost, material cost, transportation cost etc.
