Disconnecting and taking down existing any type of street/ security/flood lights fitting of any make or any capacity for repairs or replacement of burnt / worn out accessories (LED driver, SPD etc) by using ladder or any other system from GI bracket of LT pole/ of any height, size or decorative swan neck type pole/ bracket and refixing the same after cleaning, general overhauling ,repairing and making serviceable and refixed the same in same location or any other location and testing with replacement of cable if required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Contractor should have to recevied complaint through day to day from MES Power House and attend the complaint within 24 hrs. (b) Spare parts and connection cable will be measured and paid seperetly on relevant items as under this BoQ.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC Sheathed multi stranded unarmed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Conforming to IS 7098 FRLS (inner sheet) of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 Core (Nominal Area) from pole junction box to light fitting with suitable size copper cable lugs and connector all complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of three phase 8 KW automatic street light control switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Switching off illuminance level should be of minimum 30 Lux and Switching on illuminance should be less than or equal to 10 LUX. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to maximum 12 hrs. The circuit shall have a provision for manual over ride operation. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming-outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP 66 complete all as directed by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB TPN 50 to 63 amps 10 KA ,C-series including connection with suitable size aluminium / copper lugs complete all as specified and directed .

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of bock / by manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size 100 mm pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. M&L for decarbonisation and tightening the loose connection of end terminals and pole junction box of street light fitting, Flood light, Post top lanten of any size/capacity at any height and refixing the same with PVC brass 3 way connector after the cleaning refreshing the join etc and make the light functional complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cost of PVC connector measured and paid separately on relevant items of BOQ. (ii) Complaint of decarbonisation raised within 30 days from the dt of repair of the same will be repaired by the contractor without any extra r cost.

Supply only three way PVC brass 3 way 10 Amp connector to coneect the street light with service wire size for 1.5 sq mm wire multistrander copper conductor complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair of sensor (NS-02E) for three phase existing nature switch nincluding taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for taking down the mono crystaline solar panel of solar street light and cleanining the same with water after the cleaning refixng in position and connect all the connection properly to functioning the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Hot dip Galvanised Iron octagonal pole of height 5 mtrs made of HT steel of grade S355 with 130 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3 mm thick Galvanised Iron sheet along with base plate of size 225 x 225 x 16 mm thick and 04 nos foundation 'J' Bolts, nuts and washer as per manufactuer specification with inbuilt Sleek terminal box with required sizes studs for 4 core 16 sq mm Al cable termination as required for each out going including proper locking arrangement for fixing the Solar panel street light/ street light of any capacity all in one type including all fixing accessories complete all as directed and as specified. Supply and fixing decorative Street Light Pole of any design and of size 03 Mtrs minimum height with its accessories, made by aluminium die pole plate with cast iron decrative base frame , bolts, nuts, washer and screws with minimum pole weight is 48 Kgs complete including black powder coated painting with design paint after necessary preparation of surfaces including one coat of red oxide primer complete with cable control box complete all mas specified and directed.
