Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up CI/DI water mains 200 mm (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up CI/DI water mains 150 mm (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up CI/DI water mains 100 mm (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE for item No 4,5 & 6 : The retrieved pipes shall be inspected by the BOO ordered by the GE for servicability aspect before handing over the same to contractor under schedule of credit.

Supply and fix ductile iron pipe class K-7 ISI marked with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc and bitumen coated pipes 200 mm bore confirming to IS 8329:2000 with all required DI fitting complete with push on rubber gasket joint (Note: Earth work will be measured and paid seperately )

Material & labour in replacement Brick masonary valve pit of size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.0 Meter (internal size) with 15mm thick CM 1:4 with PCC 1:2:4 type B-I (using 12.5mm graded stone aggrigate as 10 mm thick coping) and 6 mm thick angle iron frame size 40 x 40 x 4 mm thick and MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with hinges and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement Brick masonary valve pit of size 0.9 x 0.9 x 0.9 Meter (internal size) with 15mm thick CM 1:4 with PCC 1:2:4 type B-I (using 12.5mm graded stone aggrigate as 10 mm thick coping) and 6 mm thick angle iron frame size 40 x 40 x 4 mm thick and MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with hinges and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for road cuttings, including exacavation filling in separate levelling, well ramming in layers, swelling with broken boulders/stones, WBM 7.5 CM thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix, carpenting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material, rolled & compacted road patch repair work.

Demolition of cement concrete paving not exc. 15 cm thick , below or above ground level , disposal of debris and rubish, unserviceable materials etc to a distance not exc 100m as directe complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D-2 using cement concrete1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate).

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, seperation, cleaning and stacking of serviceable bricks for reuse and removal of debris, rubbish to a distance exc 400 m but not exc 500m complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified.
