NAGAR PARISHAD, KHAGARIA invites online proposals for Selection of Agencies for Providing Outsourced Manpower for Performing and Managing Day to Day Activities related to sanitation work in ward no-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,24,25,26,27,28,34,35,36,37,38&39 for NAGAR PARISHAD KHAGARIA

Remuneration for supply of manpower for street sweeping (Road density is the indicator of built-up properties adjacent to the road)

2 persons per 1 km road (both sides) for low and medium density road.

3 Person per 1000 Running Meters for High Density Road (Market, Commercial Area)

Remuneration for supply of manpower for Surface Drain Cleaning Team:

ULB: Nagar Panchayat – 1 team (5 members per team) in each Nagar Panchayat

ULB: Nagar Parishad – 1 team (5 members per team) for every 10 wards

ULB: Nagar Nigam – 1 team (5 members per team) for every 5 wards

Remuneration for supply of manpower for Vehicle Team:

Small Tipper – 1 tipper (1 driver + 2 assistants) for 2,000 households (10,000 population ÷ 5)

Tractor – 1 tractor (1 driver + 2 assistants) for 2,000 households (10,000 population ÷ 5)

Back Hoe Loader – 1 Back Hoe Loader (1 driver + 1 assistant) for 10,000 households (50,000 population ÷ 5)

Hyva Tipper – 1 Hyva Tipper (1 driver + 1 assistant) for 10,000 households (50,000 population ÷ 5)

Pushcart/ Tricycle/ Wheel Barrow (1 Person for each)

Congested area- 1vehicle per 300 household

Medium density area- 1 vehicle per 200 household

Scattered area- 1vehicle per 100 household

Remuneration to Supervisor

ULB: Nagar Panchayat – 1 Supervisor for every 2 Wards

ULB: Nagar Parishad – 1 Supervisor per Ward.

ULB: Nagar Nigam – 3 Supervisors per Ward

Fogging Machine – 1 machine (1 operator + 1 assistant) for 10,000 households, ( 1 Fogging Machine upto 50,000 population and additional one Fogging Machine for every additional 50,000 population)

service charge shall be between(3.85 - 7%)

(a) The remuneration of manpower supply shall be not less than Labour Department approved rate. If bidder will quote less than Labour Department approved rate their financial bid shall be rejected and their EMD will be forfeited.

(b) The financial proposal shall be unconditional which shall be valid for entire period.

(c) The bidder shall submit the breakup of price on online for above manpower supply as per prescribed format uploaded at eproc2 website.

(d) If service charges is quoted beyond the limit set in financial sheet (given above),The bidder proposal shall be rejected.

(e) The Agency shall, at all times during the period of Contract for providing the Services shall comply fully with all labour laws, Acts, rules & regulations. The manpower deployed by the agency shall remain under the control and supervision of the agency and the agency shall be liable for payment of their wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Income Tax etc., as applicable, and all other dues payable under various labour regulations and other statutory provisions. The agency shall be solely liable for any violation of provisions of the said Acts or other laws applicable to such service.

(f) Service Charges shall be between 3.85% to 7% vide Government of India Letter No .F.6/1/2023-PPD and Government of Bihar Letter No. M-4-06/2023 2988/Vi0 dated 23-03-2023.

(g) All the figures shall be calculated up to two decimal places.

(h) All Bidders and ULBs shall comply with the provisions of i= laŒ&01@LFkkŒ ¼fofo/k½ &16@2018--- 3453-- @ uŒfoŒvkŒfoŒ fnukad& 29-06-2018.

(i) All Bidders and ULBs shall comply with the provisions of i=kad& 15@uŒfoŒvfHkŒ ¼dksŒ½&04&06@2024 --4018-- @uŒfoŒvkŒfoŒ fnukad& 20-12-2024.
