Providing and Laying Make in INDIA CRI Green Label Plus Carpet tile made up of 100% NYLON highly resilient TYPE - 6+ fiber of size 25 x 100 cm per tile having total tufted weight of 18 The carpet should have a pile thickness of minimum 3.5 mm and a total thickness of 6mm. The carpet tile should have minimum Stich per Inch of 11 and should be supplied with Comfortline backing to provide extra cushion and comfort. Carpet tiles shall be complied with Flammability Test ASTM E648, Methenamine Pill Test ASTM D2859, Smoke Density Test ASTM E662, and Appearance Retention Hexapod test ASTM D5252. The carpet supplied should have GREEN PRO, CE Marking, LCA EPD, NSF 140 and the manufacturing unit should be compliant to GRIHA , ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001:2018 standards.. The laying of carpet shall be done with standard SR 998/SR505/MAPAI Adhesives. The carpet to be installed as per the manufacture's specification and to be installed by its authorized agency or as Approved. as per direction of engineer in charge.

Wall Paneling Specification ( Wooden Slats Wall Paneling ) :- Providing and fixing Wall Paneling with Grooved Slats Acoustical High Density Fiber Board FR Grade Panels 2440x128x16 mm with lineal perforations.The panels shall be one side Prelaminated board (decorative lamination on one side and other sides balancing amination ) grade -1 with 2mm grooved at 16/32 mm pitch, Toungue and Groove edges for seamless mounting having density of 750- 800kg/m3. The back of the panels are perforated with 10mm diameter circular holes with a nonwoven fabric covering of 0.2mm for providing Sound absorption . Panel is to be fixed with center edge clips on CC 18 mm Aluminium section framework with screw fixed on comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm ) i.e cross channel of size 80 x 26 x 51 mm (wight approx 480 gm/mtr) are fastened to wall positioned vertically in a regular manner at 600mm c/c . Perimeter channel section of size 20x 28 x 30mm fixed to the all perfarry of using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. The Polyester wool of 25 mm thickness having density 1000 gsm having flammibality - IS 15061- 2002 Annexure lause A 3.2 is then to be inserted in the slots and Cross Channel will come at every 600 centre to centre with centre & edge bracket in tongue & groove system on Aluminium 18 mm frame. The installed system will have NRC not less than 0.84 as per IS: 8225 / ISO: 354 / ASTM 423. Corner Edges to be sealed with PVC edge bending tape 2.00 mm thick of approved brand as per manufacturer's specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
