Loading of oil filled main tank of the 40 MVA Transformers (M/s Accureate make) on trailer at 132KV Sub-Station Robertsganj. The job includes jacking the T/F tank for placing the wooden sleeper and simultaneously lifting the tank by Jacking & placing sleepers continuously under the tank till the wooden sleepers platform comes up to height of trailer bed, then placing the rails over the trailer bed & wooden sleeper Platform and Shifting the tank on the trailer bed. Finally, Removal of the rails from under the Tank and then, properly securing / lashing the Tank with the help of Steel Wire Ropes and Turn buckles for safe transportation of the oil filled transformer tank from 132KV Sub-Station Robertsganj to 132/33 KV S/S Lalganj.

Shifting & loading of all accessories / items like conservator tank, radiators, turrets, OLTC Panel, bushings in packing crates, T/F Oil in Drums etc. of the 40 MVA Transformer (Accureate make) from Storage Place to Loading place at 132 KV S/S Robertsganj

Carriage of 40 MVA T/F(M/s Accureate make) tank from 132KV Sub-Station Robertsganj to 132/33 KV S/S Lalganj & carriage of all Accessories / Items like Conservator Tank, Radiators, Turrets, OLTC Panel, Bushings in Packing Crates, T/F Oil in Drums etc. of the 40 MVA Transformer (Technical associate make) by Pvt. Truck / Trailer from distance about 120 Km. Transit insurance to be done by contractor prior to transportation which shall be reimbursed later on as per actual.

Unloading after opening of lashing of oil filled Main Tank of the 40 MVA Transformer, loaded on trailer at 132/33 KV S/S Lalganj by jacking the Tank for placing the rail under the T/F tank and shifting it on wooden sleeper platform, removing the rail under the T/F tank on wooden sleeper, lowering the tank slowly towards T/F plinth and removing the wooden sleeper under the tank including unloading of various associated accessories like oil filled drums, bushings, radiators, conservator tank, cooling fans, OLTC panel, Marshaling box etc. from Trailer / Trucks

Replacement of all gaskets of open parts as radiators/ Bushing/ pipeline of T/F by providing and fixing of new gasket as per existing size made of rubberized cork sheet Kotika/turboze brand grade 07.

Attending of oil leakage of transported 40 MVA T/F Top cover “Accurate” Make at 132/33 KV Sub-Station Lalganj by applying high quality of sealant and the resin-based epoxy compound of ‘J.B. Weld’ make after proper tightening of nuts and bolts.

Dismantling of 120KV LA with structure by opening of jumpers, cutting of earthing to provide safe passage for shifting of T/F and re-erection of the same after dismantling of 20MVA and erection of 40 MVA T/F including of re-earthing of LA .

Dismantaling of existing 20MVA T/F by opening of jumpers, Earthing, Marshling box, cable connections etc. alongwith draining out transformer oil into 209 ltrs, capacity empty drums, removal of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe lines, all bushings, turrets, fan motor, required quantity of oil from transformer ( Empty oil drums shall be provided by the department)

Shifting of main tank 20 MVA T/F from plinth to safe place (up to 20 meter distance) after opening of jumpers, cutting of earthing and opening of cable connection etc. including turning of tank if required, including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting of 70 meter (@ 5 Meter/job.)

Shifting of dismentaled HV bushing, radiator, all associated pipe at safe place or store & blanking the same with suitable size Gasket and iron plate alongwith nut bolt to complete the job satisfactorily.

Shifting of main tank 40 MVA T/F from unloding point to plinth up to 20 meter distance including turning of tank if required, including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting of 200 meter (@ 5 Meter/job.)

Complete Erection of 40 MVA T/F by erection of radiators, conservator tank, all bushing with their turrets, connecting oil pipe, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism with tap changer, RTCC panel, and associated oil pipe line etc. to complete the job satisfactorily, including first filling of oil and topping up of T/F oil in tank, radiator pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and attending oil leakage, if any and all other associated work for satisfactory completion of work along with arrangement of labour and T&P to complete the job in all respect.( Hydra, crane, special tools, will be arranged by contractor).

Raising the height of 3 Nos. ALP structure for 30KV LA after dismantling of LA and structure and again its erection, replacement of all the Panther conductor, jumpering of 33KV side of 40 MVA, 132/33KV T/F from 33KV Bushing to 33KV Bus Bar with ACSR Moose conductor, fixing of all the isolator clamps, CB clamps, LA clamps, CT clamps suitable for proper size of Moose conductor and jumpering of all the 33KV side equipment.

Dismantling of all cable connections of 20 MVA T/F and its RTCC panels, re-termination along with re-glanding and re-ferruling as per new cable schedule of 40 MVA T/F and its RTCC panels.

Laying & termination of new control cables for 40 MVA T/F from control and relay panel to marshelling box / equipment / JB etc. for new 40 MVA T/F as per cable schedule and inter-connection with control cable at marshalling box and OLTC panel to RTCC panel to each fan with re-ferruling and re-dressing with proper gland & ferrule etc as per drawing schedule.

Centrifuging of complete 40 MVA T/F oil in T/F & Tank by connecting Centrifuging pipes, circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor & taking the BDV value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer, all T&P, labour, and centrifusing machine shall be provided by the contractor.

Earthing of erected 40 MVA T/F main tank, neutral bushing, marshaling box, OLTC, RTCC, panel etc at two points using 75x10/50x6mm. (MS flat and earthing electrodes shall be provided by the department free of cost), the work also includes painting of earthing strip with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of bus green synthetic enameled paint.

Spray painting of panels with one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of standard make synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality after proper cleaning of rust, dirty & oily surface by applying sutable chemical, scraching by emery paper/brush/cloth from all surfaces of transformer, OLTC panel , cooling fans & marshaling box including all accessories etc.
