Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In- charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches by Hydraulic excavator/manual means. For Building/ Drain work only.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. In Foundation and floors.

Class M-100 brick work in 1:4 one part cement and 4 part coarse sand mortar incl. supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by E/I.

Providing and laying D.P.C 40 mm thick with Cement concrete Consisting of 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse Sand : 3 approved 10 mm graded Stone grit) and including water proofing martreial as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge in the proportion as specified by manufacturer.

Class M-100 brick work in 1:4 one part cement and 4 part coarse sand mortar incl. supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by E/I.

12mm th. Cement plaster with 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand ) in single coat of fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor level including internal rounded angles chamfers, or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm . In girth and finished even and smooth EIC all complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. Work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
