Dismantling water tanks 250/500 ltr and removing from site complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity,(cylindrical vertical with closed top) with plastic lid cover, triple layered, white, hoisted and fixed in position including PTMT Ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks, 500/1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20 mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified and fixed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipe of 25 mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified and fixed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 25 mm bore pipe and connections,including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing tubes 'medium grade' galvanised, 25 mm bore, ISI marked with all fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, unions,short pieces, connectors, back nuts etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling PVC/Cement/CI pipes 50 to 110 mm dia including all fittings like bend, branch pieces, connectors, heel rest bend etc and removing from site all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing UPVC (SWR) type B pipes 110 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including stack clamp of GI flat 30mm wide 2mm thick fixed to wall with nail at spacing of 1m center to center, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing, UPVC(SWR) , bends for 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material from the work site ouside defence premises complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate ), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floor to 4th floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises complete all as specified.

Dismantlling of brick tiles or terracing tiles (up to 4th storey) single layer on roof etc ,removed out of MOD land. Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified.

M&L for 40 mm thick bricks tiles laid on roof in 15mm thick CM 1:6 and joint grouted in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement except tiles complete all as spd

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust.

M&L Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof finished fair & evenr and including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment in the following sequences:- (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm cover the surface till the surface properly impregnated and insolvent oil primer evoporate completely (b) Applying 2nd coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of newly sufrace of APP Membrane and applying two coats of water based bituminious alumunium paint @ 200 ml per sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Water proofing compound liquid.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof finished and laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 25 mm size, wire netting of galvanized iron chicken mesh, 0.71 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Note :- Work will be carried out upto 4th storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work/ stone wall surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, (up to 4th sorey with necessary scaffolding) and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered /concrete/ brick surfaces of walls (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) and applying one coat of cement based paint on old decorated surfaces including preparation complete all as specified.

M L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and one coat of primer complete all as specified.

Grubbing up tree, vegetation, (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding), in portion of roof slab/walls, digging out roots, filling holes with cement mortar 1:3 and leveling off slab/walls, and removing of unserviceable material to a distance exc. 100 m and not exc 500 mtr, all as specified

Dismantling of CGI/AC/ fiber or plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nanital or similar pattern roof covering.

M&L for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150 Micron) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified ® complete all as specified.

M&L Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, 0.63 mm thick fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as specified.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified.

M&L Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated/Plain sheeting, 2mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with self taping screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified.

M&L Rolled/Square/round pipe sections as in main and cross beams, vertical post, hip and jack, trusses rafters; purlins, trusses, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified.

M&L Plates (plain ) channels, square cut or notched, gusset plates, base plate (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts dia 16 mm to 20 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long Complete all as specified.

Dismantling timber scantlings (Framed work) 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified.

M&L Second class hard-wood in scantlings or timber framed and fixed complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new/untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of any description over a coat of pink primer having width/girth exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified including preparation and necessary filling by chalk putty as and where requered to make surface even and smooth.
