Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable Gang operated switch complete including droout fuse set from RCC / Steel tubular (Single/2Pole/3Pole/4Pole) pole structures complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable Lightining arrestors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down rusted / corroded Cross arms any shape and size from PCC/ Steel Tubular Poles including nut bolts clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down worn out Pin / Disc insulators 11/33 Kv any shape and size from PCC/Steel tubular poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down disturbed GI Wire or cradles from the RCC/Steel Tubular poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanteling and taking down disturbed /rusted Overhead ACSR Conductor of any size from HT Poles and shifting to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Dsmantling and taking up bend/rusted PCC/Steel tubular pole by breaking PCC ,staking at site or shifting to MES store yard. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches to clear the over head lines in the arc of HT over head lines/feeders (including repairing and jointing of ACSR conductor if damaged during cutting of trees branches) and removal of trimmed branches of trees and depositing the same in waste bin inside the campus ( Span length not more then 50 Mtr) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of two coats of Aluminium Paint over a Coat primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dsmantling and taking down unserviceable HT/UG /AB cable from pole or in trench complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under respecive item of schedule.)

M & L for Switch Air Break Gang Operated for 11 KV grade, Triple Pole vertically mounted having 12 insulator and fitted on steel frame suitabe for, current rating 400 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism consisting of Operating Rod of GI Pipe 25mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ of suitable Length worked From Ground Level and with Locking Arrangement Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp 50x6mm including Expulsion Fuse, Single Pole, Channel type/ drop out type suitable as per Site requirement with Working Pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 50 to 100 Amps including taking down unservice-able Fuse , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 meters long) and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer,the embeded portion shall be applied with two coats bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC & Earth work will be measured and paid seperately.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) heat shrinkable, straight through joint suitable for cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core aluminium conductor XLPE Cable including jointing material and accessories complete and cutting of old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No- 14 above but 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Lightning Arrester Expulsion type complete with all Fittings Transmission Class discharge capacity 65 KA suitablefor working pressure of 11000 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No- 18 above but suitable for working pressure of 33000 Volts , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down any type of transformers indoor/outdoor,by disconnect HT & LT connections from plinth/ platform/ pole mounted and shifting to workshop Draining out all the transformer oil, dismantling and inspection of transformer core and winding including taking out burnt out winding/insulation of LV / HV coils in the presence of the authorized rep.. and rewinding the damaged core wih suitable gauge of copper winding wire winding, drying out in Heat chamber till specified IR values are obtained and providing new insulation materials, gasket, nuts , bolts, checking of leakages and rectifying the same by welding etc and conducting all tests as per IS 6792-1972 as specified, for transformer ,complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) LV/HV bushes, winding,Silica gel ,breather etc will be measured and paid for separately (ii) While removal of the core care shall be taken not to spoil the transformer oil and required filtration including topping up shall be carried out, which shall be measured and paid under respective items of schedule.for carry out repair (rewinding) works as directed and reinstall back in original location including re-connection of HT & LT supply system including testing complete all as specified and directed.for the following capacity. (Note spare items required for repair including rewinding will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch.

50 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 33 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 150 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

200 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Required tools & plant including lifting arrangement, transport etc shall be included in the rate quoted. (b) Any damage occurred during lifting/ transporting, the firm will be responsible to rectify such defect free of cost.

All as per item No- 23 above but of LT coils of any size and type of transformer including cleaning the burnt out insulating materials, brazing and rewinding with appropriate turns and size of super enamelled copper winding wire including filling insulation paper etc all as specified in particular specifications. (iv) Old winding copper wire shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor due payment.

Materials and labour for replacement of silica gel of breather including providing silica gel as per the existing size / model complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement breather assly complete with first fill of silica gel all as specified and directed for 63 KVA-400 Kva transformer as per existing make and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for replacement of temperature gauge as per the existing size / model complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of burnt out/ damaged LV bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass LV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity for 63 KVA - 400 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding (Double paper covering) of HT coils of any size and type of transformer including cleaning the burnt out insulating materials, brazing and rewinding with appropriate turns and size of super enamelled copper winding wire including filling insulation paper etc complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and charging topping up of new low viscosity transformer oil from sealed drums confirming to IS 335-1993 Part-II after testing the correct dielectric strength up to 45 KV duly de-hydrated complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of transformer of 50 to 400 KVA , 11/0.433 Volts capacity transformers by scrapping with steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer (painting shall be done by spray machine) including writing of SM No, MES No etc. at prominent place/location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for Pole, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out of soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No: 32 above but depth exceeding beyond 1.5mtr and not exc 3 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with fine dry unwashed sand in trenches for protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing GI Pipe light grade 80 mm dia, ISI marked, of required length for protection of cables complete including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration / Filtration of transformer oil by using Filter Plant and till obtaining the oil dielectric strength 60 KV including topping up of transformer oil to the required level in various transformers located outdoor / indoor sub stations complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately)

S&F Galvanised Steel Wire 3.15 or 4.0mm dia as Earth Continuity Conductor and fixed to Pole, binding with Aluminium Binding Wire, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of Binding Wire will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole 11.0 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel silver up to below 1.5M from Top edge and 1.50 metre height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and red strips and remaining portion with alluminium paint incl numbering of pole no by stensils and MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Material and labour for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in HT 11 KV underground cable with the help of fault locating mobile machine complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : excavation used for fault find out included in the quoted rate.)

M & L for repairing and servicing two/four pole structures comprising of following works :- (a) Dismantling the ACSR jumper connection from Air break Gang operated drop out fuse end lightening arrestors etc from the two/four poles structures, replacing the complete jumpers in to new with ACSR conductors including connecting with suitable thimbles connections/binding/PG clamps and providing monoplast compound over binding/thimble connections b) Removing the complete rusted bolts, nuts and washers and replacing with new bolts, nuts and washers (c) Disconnecting the AB switch knives cleaning and servicing by lubricating the moving parts terminals with petroleum jelly. (d) Cleaning the exposed surfaces of two pole structure complete and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.
