Clearing the area of bushes by cutting inside area of ALHW residential colony area and PMB quarters as and when required by the EIC, including disposing off the debris/garbage within a lead of 50 mtrs including cost of all labour charges, GST, Labour Cess, cost of minor tools and GST etc, complete.

Engaging of Skilled carpenter / mason for attending various repairs / maintenance works in residential qtrs including engaging unskilled Mazdoor for drainage cleaning in around the colony and removing and disposing of garbage / wastages including cost of required materials, transportation charges, labour charges and minor tools and GST etc, complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. Reinforcement will be supplied by the department on free of cost but including all labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc. complete.- All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size from Mainland quarry)

Providing and fixing of 20 cm thick masonry with Hollow Block of size 0.40m x 0.20m x 0.20m cast with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 quarry dust and 6-11.2mm stone chips) curing, fixing with CM 1:4 in wall including cost of cement of grade 43, stone aggregate, quarry dust, all labour charges of casting, curing, walling, hire charges of Hollow block casting machine, cost of timber pallets and transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools and GST etc. complete.

Plastering in C.M. in 1:4 (1 cement 4 River sand) mix 12 mm thick floated hard trowelled smooth both sides of wall including cost of cement, scaffolding all labour charges, curing, all other materials, transportation of materials, cost of river sand, minor tools and GST etc, complete.

Cleaning of inspection chamber including cost of required materials and disposing the decomposed soil from the colony to outside, labour charges and minor tools and GST etc, complete. (As and when required).

Cleaning of septic tank including cost of required materials and disposing the decomposed soil from colony to out side, labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc, complete as and when required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade and labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc, complete. One or more coats on old work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) and labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc, complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 mainland river sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of all labour charges and cost of minor tools , GST, Labour cess etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools etc, GST, complete. Old work (one or more coats).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work including all labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc. complete. .................................... ............ a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and re-fixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc, complete.

Providing round the clock security guard without gun for watch & ward of Government premises and its all belongings by deploying neatly dressed security guards in 8 hour's shift including necessary T&P like torch, lathi and uniform and labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc, complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (One job means 8 hour's duty).

Providing and fixing PVC (working pressure 4 kgf per sqcm) pipes in the beam joints for cable and pipe line conforming to IS 4985 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion for sanitary line. A) 110mm dia
