Special Eligibility Criteria

   i) Bulk order will be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized agent/dealer having proven performance for Same/Tender item. Para No. 2.6 of GCC attached may be referred to, for full details. Bidders are advised to read it carefully before bidding. ii)Tenderers with satisfactory past performance for the tendered or same item to any of the Zonal Railways/PUs shall only be eligible for full/bulk order. Tenderers are instructed to upload Receipt note, Receipted challan, Inspection Certificate , CRN, commissioning certificate or any other receipt or commissioning document along with bid as a proof of supply document failing which their offer will not be considered. Purchase Order is not considered as performance.
