Lowering only submersible pump set of 45/30/20 HP along with motor, column pipes, steel rope, submersible cable and accessories etc after repairing including testing commissioning of submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of pump motor set 7.5 to 45 HP complete, (Taken out under above item /lying U/S in store yard of AGE E/M) cleaning all dismantled spares parts / winding for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertian the scope of work for repair/replacement of parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Rewinding of submersible motor, 45 H.P, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 Volt with PVC insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge with other winding material such as insulating paper, sleeves, bamboo stick etc. as per standard manufacturers specification including cleaning of stator, slots replacement of defective parts and testing complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnecting the electric connection from starter and motor including taking out of pumping set with electric motor of capacity 5 HP from the existing position and strip opening, cutting the burnt out winding, cleaning the stator and re-winding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge using top class of insulating material and over hauling of pump including lath/ machine work for making housing of bearing , metaling ,welding, turning surfacing ,polishing of rotor shaft, and rethreading and replacement of , neck ring , bearing of required size (Make-NBC/SKF), bushes, rubber insertion sheet , nuts, bolts and washers including necessary other items for its smooth functioning and testing complete reassembling the same and re-fixing back in its original position complete all as specified and as directed.
