II (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density Grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405 (A) By manual means

Water Bound Macadam grading 3: Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.)for Gr. III (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density Grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405 (A) By manual means

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specificationclause 502. (i)low porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion (RS-1) distributor at the rate of 0.20-0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing (Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearingcoarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KNstatic roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followd by seal coat of either Type A or Type C as per technical specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grades and crossfall using TypeA and B seal coats as per technical specification clause 510.

Erecting sign board

Carrying out Sub Soil investigation (SSI) for all type of soil (except boring in rock) upto depthof 30 m or refusal (N=100) for each foundation location as per IRC 78-2014 and submission of SSI report to the Engineer in charge for approval . Preparation & submission of Design calculation & Drawings of foundation , sub structure,Super structure as relevant IRC Codes and SSI Report , 2( two) each of Design& Drawing of each bridge to be submitted for approval and 8 ( eight)copies after approval of competent authority.
