M & L brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as in item 03, but except bricks complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm gradded stone agg )as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, drain channels, copings,parapets copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately.

Providing and laying prepolished cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape heavy duty , set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling/kerb stone including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18/19mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft loose soil compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M & L cement conc. 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass conc complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above or below the starting point complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated aluminium/steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, roofs,fixed with self tapping screws or L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.56mm thick Plain Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing length and girth as fixed with coach screw and Aluminium washer in roof and wall etc. fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete,brick work,masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplush soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repair plastic net fencing of mesh size not exc 32 x 32 mm and thickness not less than 4mm fixed to steel or wooden posts as per manufacturers instructions, Make : Shine star or equivalent complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars of 10 mm dia and over, fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed by Engr-in-Charge and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed. Note: Cost of cutting to length, bent to shape rquired & binding with MS wire is included in above rate.

S&F for Mild steel screw bolts dia of Neck 5mm to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long compleete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including door /gate , frame ,trusses complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Compound girders and stachions, lattice giders, aerial masts, stair,gate,frame work , staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gussets plates, etc.Fe- 290 (Gde E-165) quality 'A' compleete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe-410-S with gusset plate , rails braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or slinding with and including either hooks hinges and rollers for slinding gates, guide rail of MS flat and framing required for fixing of rollers, pintle hinges, locking arrangement as required and hanging also fastening and fixing complete using Fe- 290 (Gde E-165) quality 'A' compleete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromic primer including preparation of surfaces. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.incl provission of binding wire.complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Restraining & resecuring the old chain link fencing including making good stable etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Restraining & resecuring the old Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed including making good stable etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Punched tape concertina coil 600/1000mm dia or any other coil size of any type of standards,rails etc including provision of mild steel(annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavements exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Demolition shall be carried out by cutting the slabs with diamond cutter in small pieces. (ii) Suitable cranes & Hilti Bolts shall to used to take out the concrete pieces to avoid damage to the adjoining pavement. (iii) Damage caused to the subgrade, adjoining concrete pavement during demolition shall be made good by the contractor with the same specification without any extra cost to deptt.

M&L for 150 Micron HDPE sheet with maximum standard width available and as approved by GE without joint, manufactured by multilayer technology using 100% virgin raw material, conforming to IS: 10889:2004, laid over 10mm thick sand layer including all necessary cutting, overlap and wastage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for minimum 300mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design mix using 40 or 20mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength 40 Kg/sq cm in pavement in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter ,using non-circular/triangular synthetic fibre 'Recron 3 S @ 1.00 Kg/cum laid to level, gradient and chamber, spread, paved, compacted & finished including making necessary joints, filling with sealent and form work for laying in bays complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The top surface of the concrete shall be matched with the existing pavement. (ii) Joints of suitable width shall be cut by diamond cutter in the concrete pavement. (iii) Joints shall be cleaned by compressed air all as specified. (iv) Joints shall be sealed with cold applied, fuel resistant, polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BIS : 5212, M/s Hindcon Chamicals Ltd (Hind Sealent PPU), Bostik India Pvt Ltd (Seal 'N' Flex 2K) or equivalent approved make including priming coat & back up rod as specified.

M&L for Finishing surface of concrete by brooming all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Reinforced brickwork in suspended slabs, beams, lintels , cover, column, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc. in cement mortar or cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all a specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Use and waste formwork of rough finished flat surfaces to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
