Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, aluminium conductor armoured, power cable of 11 KV grade(Earthed) conforming to IS:7098 (Part II) amended upto date as required. 3 Core X 120 sqmm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 Core,XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. 120 sq. mm

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core,XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.120 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Above 25sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Above 25sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Replacement of existng kirloskar Electric make 11KV, 630A,25kA VCB(SL no-104VH129) in existing HT panel of MSSR i/c supply and connection of 24V DC closing coil with spring charging 230V AC Motor and dismantaling of existing VCB, connection of control system, under voltage relay ,over voltage relay ,short circuit current relay and electrical connection etc.and as per tender specification etc complete as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia medium G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply of following sizes of HDPE pipe conforming to IS: 4984:1995, Material grade: PE 100, PN 10 & as per tender specification etc as required.

Supply and fixing of 2.0mm+/- 10% thick electric insulated ,fire retardent/Fire extinguishing Insulating mat of size conforming to IS:15652:2006 & other relavent Indian/International Standard alongwith suitable adhesive / chemibound,pu-resin, water proofing compound and sealing material as per service recommendations relevant of IS clause and suitable for class A upto 3.3 KV without HT movement etc complete as required

Dismantling the existing 01 no. servo voltage stablizer along with all accessories including dismantling of foundation and shifting to the Electrical stores within premises of airport as directed by EIC.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Excavation for cable/pipe trenching/chamber/foundation etc as per site requirement of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including refilling,dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed ,etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/GI/HUME/METAL/HDPE pipe etc. as required. (A) up to 50 sq mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct etc. as required. (A) up to 50 sq mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation,chamber,trenching for cable/pipe laying etc including form work etc as required.

Cutting the existing bituminus/concreate for the making of the cable trench as per site requirement.
