The quoted rates shall be including the following aspect:- (a) Cutting of existing piano hinges, handle and tower bolt from window frame and shutter. M&L Repair of leakage/seepage from the Nahani trap/ floor trap of kitchen/ bathroom/ washbasin of the upper Qtr, in any position at any height, complete including change of floor trap, PVC horizontal pipe embeded in floor in bathroom or kitchen making good to the damaged portion of flooring, laying and matching of tiles in the existing flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

The modulus of elasticity of this product shall be 23-26 KN/mm² complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and fixing welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1Kg/Sqm of size 50mmX50mm of 2.6mm dia on the prepared surface & surface should be cleaned and be removed from dirt, fungus and all foreign material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3 coats of corrosion inhibiting, polymer matrix with excellent mechanical properties such as adhesion and elongation as waterproofing barrier coating. The contractor shall submit performance guarantee certificate for structural repair/leakage/seepage for a period of 10 years from the certified date of completion.

The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all labours, tools and plants including scaffolding required for working upto 15 mtr height from natural ground level.

The defect liability period for the structural repair work shall be 05 (five) years from the certified date of completion of work.

A security deposit of value equal to 2.5% of the rate quoted against item No. 72 to 84 shall be retained from Final bill payment due to the contractor for the defect liability period.

The unit quoted rate is deemed to include taking up or down of water pipe, tanks, wires etc found on roof or other working areas and re-fixing the same at the original position after completion of work.

Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, ropes, helmet, netting etc are required for safety of working labour at height exceeding 3 to 15 mtr shall be mandatory & deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate

Exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old reinforced concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape reqired including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for colimns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning and Removing silt, grit , mud and other materials from covered drain in foul condition including removing materials from the site to outside MD land including necessary removing cover slabs and replacing after cleaning complete area including making good any damages complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 212 :- The unit rate is deemed to be included for Removing of accumulated earth at sides of drain of any width and depth up to 30 cm. cleaning/cutting the grass around 1 m from drain (both sides) and removing the grass waste to outside MD land. Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level . Cutting the grass/felling of trees shall include digging out roots up to 60 cm below the ground level or 14 cm below the formation level, whichever is lower. All holes and hollows formed in the ground digging out of roots shall be carefully filled up with moorum/red bajri well rammed and levelled.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specified and sirected.

M&L for in repairs Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 50 mm thick (measured solid) set in CM 1:4, type B0 1:2:4, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate faces are finished smooth including demolition of old mouldings all as specified and as directed.

Racking out joints / points in cement mortar to squared rubber masonry coursed or uncoursed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointed in CM 1:4 for squared rubbel masonry all as specified and directed.

Note :- An amount of Rs 1,82,905.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
