Purchase and Errection of 50HP Centrifugal Mortar Pump

Supply and delivery of Horizontal split casing centrifugal pump conforming to IS 1520 and as amended thereafter with CI casing and split glands, stainless steel shaft, hydraulically and dynamically balanced bronze impellers capable of discharging required quantity of water against a total head noted below due to all causes and with the accessories such as G.M air release cock, Grease cup, G.I priming funnel, M.S lifting hook, drip water G.I pipe connections, leading to the outside of pump house rubber water deflector, double flap foot valve, G.M strainer including unique tyre type coupling, common M.S fabricated base to mount pump and motor and other standard fittings etc complete. Pump shall be capable of discharging the specified quantity at the head noted at the minimum NPSH at site conditions. The shut off head shall be atleast 25% over and above the head at duty point. The pump shall be suitable for operation in AC three phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM.(9000 LPM x 25m Head )

Supply and delivery of AC three Phase 4 pole Horizontal squirrel cage Induction motor confiriming to IS 325/1996 and as amended thereafter with Class F insulation to suit the speed of pump and suitable for operation with continous S1 rated, 415 V +/- 10 %, 50 HZ +/- 5%, TEFC (upto 20 HP), SPDP (above 20 HP). The motor offered should be of energy efficient motors.(37Kw x 50HP)

Supply and delivery of floor mounted type FCMA Air/ Oil Cooled soft starter suitable for the LTmotor offered for operation in AC three Phase 50Hz (+/- 5%), 415V(+/-10%) including linecontactors suitable for next standard higher KW rating, Over load relay, instrument panel withfrequency meter, Ammeter, Voltmeter, indicating lamp 6Nos, LED ON/OFF type and Start /Stop push button.(30 to 37 kW)

Supply and delivery of L.T. CABLES 3,3.5,4 CORE 1.1 KV GRADE ARMOURED ALUMINIUM CONDUCTOR CROSS LINKED POLY ETHYLENE INSULATED PVC SHEATHED CABLES CONFORMING TO IS 7098 (PART I)/1988 AND AS AMENDED THEREAFTER WITH ISI MARKING(3.5 core X 240 sqmm)
