Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HD GI Octagonal pole in the existing foundation with the following specification. : a) 05 Mtr height pole (minimum Top OD 70 mm x Bottom OD 130mm ) pole thickness 3mm ( as per pole height) anchor/flange type base plate mounting arrangement standard Octagonal type HD Galvanized Street light pole with integral junction box suitable for single fixture having Provision for terminal for tapping and internal connection, for 4x 25 sqmm cable , suitable C curve MCB for backup protection of luminaire etc, as required , Single arm bracket 40mm dia (1000 mm) suitable for fixing 1x45 W LED street light luminaires conforming to the latest relevant standard BSEN 10025/ BS EN ISO 1461/BS 5649/IS 2629/875/2062, high wind load 160 Kmph etc. Make: Bajaj pole or equivalent model of any reputed brand Supplying of standard size 200/250 mm x 200/250 mm x 10/12 mm MS base plate bracket or suitable size as recommended by the manufacturer with four or six J type Anchor bolts with nuts of 16/20 mm dia x 600 mm length or suitable size as recommended by the manufacturer for the above mentioned pole size.

Supply of 45 W LED white colour temperature street light luminaries Make: Bajaj/Havells/Philips/Crompton

Supply of 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm ISI marked including connections for luminaries from junction box for single arm

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lifts upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtrs

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 in foundation of pump. DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of flexible HDPE pipe 38/40 mm direct in ground as required
