Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Scada Compatible indoor type vacuum circuit breaker of 07 panel Switchboard (1 incomer & 6 Outgoings) shall be of floor mounting, sheet steel clad, free standing, and dust & vermin proof, compartmentalized type VCB switchboard with posibility of future extension at both side. The MS sheet 2mm thickness must be as per tested design of manufacturer. The switchboard shall be suitable for 12 kV, 3 Ph., 3 W, 50 Hz , AC system and complete with VCB, air insulated Copper Bus bar rated for 1250A for 12kV switchboard and suitable for a short circuit capacity of 26.3 kA for 3 Sec. Switchgear should be as per latest IEC 62271 (62271-1, 62271-100, 62271-200). All the compartments of the panel should be segregated from each other by means of earthed metallic sheet steel. The shutters which should be provided for Horizontal drawout type with Electrical and Mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear including padlocking arrangement safety purpose must also be of earthed metallic sheet steel only. The shutter mechanism should be coupled with the movement of the withdraw-able truck. Except the busbar compartment, all the compartments of each cubicle should be independent from the similar compartment of the adjacent panels. The busbar compartment should run from end to end without any inter-panel barriers soas in the event of internal arc inside the bus bar compartment, the arc will travel along the length of the switchboard. The switchboard shall be painted with light grey, shade no. RAL 7032, both inside and outside with IP-4X ingress protection. Inbuilt Anti-pumping Feature. VB should be Energy management Solution enabeled . 1. EMS software should have inbuilt E-mail & SMS trigger functions. 2. EMS software must have a separate screen with minimum of 10 Analog Gauges for parameters viewing. 3. EMS Dashboard must have provision to show daily as well as monthly comparative energy consumption. 4. Must be able to generate Electricity bills directly from software. Supply ,installation,testing,Commissoning of indoor extension 11kV adaptor panel with Copper bus of 1200A for us extension and suitable connection to above panel.Adaptor panel shall be manufactured by OEM company as per site requirement to match existing VCB.B71 complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl No 1 and 2 :- Each VCB complete control Fuses/MCB's, Panel illumination Lamp, Plug & Socket, Thermostate, Panel Space heater assembly, Emergency Push Button, wiring and fabrication are included in unit quoted rates of the Contractor No extaa any have been paid to the Contractor.Only OEM is authorised to supply the eqpt at site,No subletting to any firm/company will be acceptable.

M&L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60x60cmx3.15 mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20x3 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009. Note :- All joints either strip to strip of strip to earth plate are fixed with welded joints.

S&F for copper strip of size 20x3 mm from test point to transformer or other places complete all as specified and directed.
