M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 600x300x7-8mm thick laid over 10mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:3, set and jointed in neat cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. The dado of same finish as of flooring shall be flush with plaster & all edges properly mitered. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for non skid Colour Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and inted in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

All as per above but in skirting to walls including 10mm thick cement plaster in ement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L machine cut Udaipur Green marble stone slab 18-20 mm thick mirror polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:3 as in steps, cills etc including rounding of edges at nosing. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Demolition cement concrete in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof top including WPC as per manufacturers instructions to achieve the slop required, with minimum thickness of 25mm consolidated and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and labour providing and applying roof treatment as folowing stages :- (i) Apply 1st coat of PU coating (ShaliUrethane LHM @ 650 gm/Sqm or eqivalent by brush/roller/spray. Spread non-woven geo-textile or glass fiber tissue of 45 GDM with overlaps of 50mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky, this is optional , to be assessed as per site requirements to acheive higher mechanical properties. (ii) Allow 1st coat to dry for 10-12 Hrs. (iii) Apply 2nd coat of PU membrane (ShaliUrethane LHM @ 650 gm/Sqm or eqivalent) as per manufacturer's instructions. Extend waterproofing treatment up to 200mm and terminate into groov on the parapet wall. (iv) Protect the applied liquid membrane bu sprinkling sand @ 200gm/Sqm over the final coating when the surface is still tacky to facilitate plastering and including 25mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 with admixture and WPC. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. Note 1 : Treatment shall be done through authrised representative of manufacturer's instructions. Note 2 : Dismanteling/removal of APP membrane and other treatment of roof includes as rate quoted by contractors, no extra amount paid on this account.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/stone walls, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry or other than fair face of bricks masorry (internal walls) of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Weather Proof Paint) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and labour for preparation of old Plastered or un-plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss, efflorescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and Labour for repairing of RCC projection, Chajjas, Facia,Bands, Shelves, Beam, RCC railing, Balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose / disuntegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation floor including provn of support with chicken wire mesh and dubbing/filling with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate 15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of finished to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M & L for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces to making good surface of iron body/CRCA sheet main DBs of any shape & size for external and internal surface and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of aluminium paint paint over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Sheet metal enclouser and supply and fix new sheet metal enclouser cubical type factory fabricated made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with front side openable single door system powder coated painted to shade RAL 7032, PL Gasket, hinged single door ,IP-55 mounting plate made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel and earth bolts etc. of size 600x500x200mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
