Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in beams , coloumns and footings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for RCC type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for RCC type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for RCC type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Beams, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.5 above, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Formwork to sides of pillers, columns and rectangular fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of beams fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spaings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including secuirng or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.( each line of wire to be measured)

Supply and fixing of Razor blade galvanised barbed concertina coil 1.05m dia coil stretched to a length of 10m to 12m to achive 950mm dia as in fencing including supply and fixing with special galvanised fastners such as 'J' clips 'C' clips including dismantling of existing concertina coils of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15Cm thick below or above GL unreinforced complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8, in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars and angle iron fixed at top etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Walling of random rubble masonry un coursed built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 15 above but with old stone masonary ( Except stone) complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints / pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Keyed pointing to random rubble uncoursed masonery in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MS framed work such as in grills, gratings with ends of bar shouldered and/ or riveted forged into spikes including welding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Mild steel angle iron cut to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire as in posts and struts in fencing etc including all necessary cutting and welding etc and for similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour String courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, Type B1, 1 : 2 : 4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for holding down angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for MS work like posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, soft loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-2 , 1 : 3 : 6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling concrete for columns, fencing posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel screw bolts (machine cut) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and srewed the other or both ends each, screwed end to be fitted wth washers and one hexagonal or square not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC coated Chain Link fencing of 50mm x 50mmx 4mm mesh size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel Round bars Fe 410W (Gde.E-250) quality-A, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shap required including cranking, bending spirally for stiffners complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complet all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spd and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Mild steel work cut to shape as directed drilling holes and fixing of PVC jally as in posts in fencing etc including all necessary cutting and welding etc and for similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 23-24mm thick PVC jallies CNC machine cut as per the approved pattern and design as approved by GE. The PVC Jallies shall be fixed with the help of screw/nut bolt of suitable size and numbers as decided by the Engr-in-Charge. PVC Jallies shall be fixed to the existing steel frame work after replacing of rusted steel including necessary welding work complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS steel work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BoQ.

Supply and fixing out door Anti skid waterproof Grass carpet/Turf , 45mm thick polyster blend high density artificial grass with Rubberized 4 layer backing with drainage holes,of natural green colour for outdoor usage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
