AREA DRAINAGE S&F steel fiber reinforcement concrete (SFRC) cover of medium duty 70-75mm thick with perforated holes 50 mm dia and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified .

RAIN WATER HARVESTING SYSTEM M&L for drilling 300 mm dia borehole by DTH cum Rotary at any depth below the ground level in any kind of rock/soil up to 70 m depth including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr away all as specified and directed.

S&F self preforated unplasticised PVC pipes 200 mm dia of pressure rating 10 Kg/Sqcm fixed complete to wall or ceiling or in floors complete all as specified.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated compartmentalized cubicle type LT Panel outdoor type of appropriate size and fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel with necessary MS angle iron frame work (50X50X6mm), weather proof, vermin proof, suitable rating aluminium bus bar chamber for operation on 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire AC supply complete, provision for cables bottom entry, insulated with PVC sleeves and coloured with (Red,Yellow,Blue and black) CTR and internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire, grouted by using PCC foundation 1:2:4 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate. The panel should be CPRI approved and having IP 65 ingress protection including necessary foundation for mounting all as specified and directed . (a) INCOMING (i) MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts grade 160 Amps rating and 25 KA rupturing capacity -01 No (ii) Multifunction energy meter (Make: Schneider, L&T, El measure); three phase to Measure V, I, Hz, Kw, KVAr, KVA, PF, PA, I/E, KWH &KVArh, KVAh, Demand & Max Demand - A, Kw & KVA, etc. with inbuilt RS 485 / MODBUS Card along with necessary CTs acc class 0.5 ,10 VA Aux Supply: 230 V :- 01 Sets (iii) Indicating lamp-01 set of three (b) OUTGOING (i) MCCB 4Pole 415 volts grade 100 Amps rating and 16 KA rupturing capacity -01 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 volts grade 63 Amps rating and 10 KA rupturing capacity -01 Nos (iii) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 volts grade 40 Amps rating and 10 KA rupturing capacity - 02 Nos

SUMMER APPLIANCES Supply and install refrigerator electric driven (single phase) of capacity 200 ltr with digital inverter technology single phase 230v all as specified and directed.

Supply& install storage type Water cooler, fully stainless steel electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity 80 ltr and nominal cooling capacity 40 ltrs per hour, including construction of PCC (1:2:4) plinth of suitable size and providing drain pipe and connecting to nearet drain complete all as specified.

Supply and install Voltage stablizer for automatic operation copper wound , single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250 V with output voltage stablized at 230 V with accuracy ± 2.5% and capacity 1 KVA(for refrigerators 200 litres) complete all as specified.

Supply and installed desert cooler electric driven metal body 20 SWG, three speed motor, copper wounded electric motor (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM /hr complete all as specified.

Supply and install Voltage stablizer for automatic operation copper wound , single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250 V with output voltage stablized at 230 V with accuracy ± 2.5% and capacity 2 KVA(for water coolers ) complete all as specified.
