PROVISION OF LIGHTNING ARRESTER ON ALL OMQs AND SMQs AT AFS KURSEONG UNDER GE AF BAGDOGRA

Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of Advanced Early streamer, emission lightning Protection System of level of protection 1(D2O), Advance time (∆T) 60 µS, Radius of protection(RP) 79 MTRS having lightening Impulse with standing capacity of min 8/20 NS, five +ve and five-ve ( ± 10 tolerance), +ve polarity current applied 69.5 KA. The number of Oscillation (OSC). 28714 CPRI Tested and ROHS/ O62025170.al as per IEC 62305 complete all as specified and directed. Make : ABB model OPR 60 or its equivalent in Reychem or FINTEC. Note:-The device should be filled with digital lightning strike counter sensitivity above 1 KA.

Supply and fix GI mask of suitable dia 5 Mtr long and capable of handling wind speed of 120 m/s with base plate, bakelite insulator, guy wire, Fastner, nut, bolt and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make ABB or its equivalent

Supply and fix digital lightning stick Counter along with required fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make ABB or its equivalent

M&L 1100 V, 70 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS flexible Copper Cable along with necessary saddal, copper lugs, nut bolt washer of copper and PVC Conduit pipe of min 32 mm dia for fixing on roof, wall of building etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L copper strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm thick for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc , complete all as specified and directed. Note: Copper strip shall be 99.99% copper.

M&L for 40 mm bore galvanised iron pipe, light grade including all fittings and fixed laid in trenches or fixed to wall/along for protection of strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing test point terminal block made of gun metal (99.99%) of size 75mmx75mmx22 mm thick drilled, screwed mounted on DMC/FRP insulator including 3Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screws including SS box powder coated weather, dust/ Vermin proof, made out of minimum 1.50 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 16.5 cm x 16.5 cm with locking arrangement by screws of suitable size for protection of test point terminal test point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Surge protection device SPD with SPD cartridge (common + Differential) , type-1+2, 1 ph 230 V, 1 P + N, I max-50 KA complete all as specified and directed. Make L & T Cat part no AUSP123PN50D or its equivalent in Schneider or legrand.

Supply and fix Surge protection device SPD with SPD cartridge (common + Differential) , type-1+2, 3 ph 440 V, 3 P + N, I max-50 KA complete all as specified and directed. Make L & T Cat part no AUSP121PN50D or its equivalent in Schneider or legrand.

M& L for tripod chemical earthing complete with 3 nos of pure copper solid rod of size 16 mm x 3000 mm burred in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3 mtr below ground level and filling the pit with 75 kg advanced special Conductolite based BFC compound and remaining portion of pit with Black garden soil of equivalent quantity to achieve proper electrical conductivity for the grounding of fault current including inter-connecting the rod with copper strip 32 mm x 3.00 mm duly brazed up to 7.5 mtr length and connected to earthing test point, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of strip and 20 mm bore for watering with funnel and wire mesh all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth pit with necessary earth work, FRP chamber and Cover (iii) Test result of Earthing to be submitted by contractor for all earthing. Note : (i) The length of the copper strip beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately. (ii) All the joint of Copper strips shall be of brasing only. (iii) Test result of Earthing to be submitted by contractor for all earthing.

M& L for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick burred in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 2.4 mtr below nominal ground level and filling the pit with 75 kg advanced special Conductolite based BFC compound and remaining portion of pit with Black garden soil of equivalent quantity to achieve proper electrical conductivity for the grounding of fault current and connected with copper strip 32 mm x 3.00 mm duly brazed up to 7.5 mtr length and connected to earthing test point, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of strip and 20 mm bore for watering with funnel and wire mesh all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth pit with necessary earth work, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 Chamber, Cast Iron frame with hinged pit cover of size 12"x12" having 7 kg weight (iii) Test result of Earthing to be submitted by contractor for all earthing. Note : (i) The length of the copper strip beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately. (ii) All the joint of Copper strips shall be of brasing only. (iii) Test result of Earthing to be submitted by contractor for all earthing.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
