Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge with in all leads and lifts and as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1: cement :4 sand :8 graded crushed stone agg. of 40mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1: cement :3 sand :6 graded crushed stone agg. of 40mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1: cement :2 sand :4 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls i/c attached buttresses, pillasters & their caps and bases of string cources etc up to floor two level

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement 1.5sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation , footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in –Charge.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Verticval surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section,trusses and framed work including cutting housting, fixing in position and applying a primering coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed guard bar, ladders, railngs, brackets and similarswork with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Laying and jointing of HDPE pipe ( confirming to IS:4985-1968) in proper position by butt fusion jointing procedure including hydroulic testing as per relevant IS code complete in all respect with all leads and lift ( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seprately )

Dressing of bed and preparation of sub grade for linning work

Dressing of side slopes and preparation of sub grade for linning work

Cement concrete lining 15cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement :3sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Hand mixed concrete lining in bed

Extra allowance for form work in concrete lining on slopes

Providing & fixing 1.80 mtrs. Hight fencing MS angles post 40x40x5mm total height 2.50 mtr. With 2.50 mtr. Center to center with nine horizontal lines and two diagonal galvanised steel barbed wire IS 278-1962 type-I weight 9.38 Kg per 100 mtr strained and fixed to posts embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6.(1: cement :3 sand :6 graded crushed stone agg. of 40mm. Nominal size) with all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing MS Sheet sliding shutters with frame and diagonal braces of 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron 3.15mm MS gusset plates at junctions and corners 25 mm dia pullay40 x40 x6mm angle and T-iron guide at the top and bottom respectively including applying a priming coat of red lead paint . with in all leads & lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
