Taking down of Solar water heating system of 200 ltrs per day capacity from its position after disconnecting water connections, and re - fixing /reassembling in position after repair and testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be included making good of missing Nuts, Bolts and washers, unions, sockets, flanges, screws etc to make it full functional, (b) Descalling/desludging, cleaning and washing of solar panels, hot water pipes, copper tubes, hot and cold water tanks by using appropriate chemicals and reassembling the panels including necessary welding of collector fins as required. (c) Painting to staging,s olar panel frames, hot water tank frame using one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary preparation of surfaces complete. (d) Any other materials/Parts need to be replaced by contractor and will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Painting the cross arms, clamps etc. of LT PCC poles of 9 Mtrs height after preparation of surface, making the surface smooth with two coat of aluminium paint & providing alternative bend of 30 cm width ( 3 black and 2 white) from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr Height with two coat painting with synthetic enameled paint , writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, spreading and levelling 40 mm to 80 mm size graded crushed coarse aggregate around transformer plinth/four pole and two pole structures all as specified and directed.

M&L for maintenance and cleaning of surrounding area of sub station near LT panels, transformer etc by cutting seasonal grass, bushes etc, by employing skilled mazdoor including using own T&P as required to do the job and taking all precaution while men on working in sub station being dange zone.

Cutting & trimming tree branches along HT/LT over head lines after arranging shut down and by taking all precautions while working on lines, etc including all T & P required for the purpose and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for dismantling of overhead conductor of any size and type from any type of pole and lowering down safely (to avoid conductor to be damaged during tree cutting of tall branches or for replacement of pole) and refixing and tightening and stringing of existing conductor after cutting of tree on pole with the help of rope/line wise and tighting the conductor to permissiable sag with and including new aluminium tape/aluminium wire complete all as specified and as directed. (each conductor to be measured seperatly, tree cutting to be paid seperately under relevent item).

M&L for servicing/repairing of capacitor panel, any type and size upto 150 KVAR for making them functional, removing and cleaning of dust, checking control wiring and connections, replacement of any damaged control wire, checking capacitors, tightening of all electrical connections and hardware, checking of metering devices, relays, etc, replacement of defective unserviceable parts to make the panel fuly functional complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spares required shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting of bituminous road/PCC hard standing/road/floor for laying of GI pipe upto 80mm dia (trench not more than 0.3m x 0.3m) for passing of cable including making good the disturbed surfaces all as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipe shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L required for jointing of LT cable by straight through cable joint/cable end termination of various sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cable straight through joint provided by Dept.
