Providing, making and fixing of Glass Observation Window made out of wooden frame and 12mm thick clear toughened float glass of two panels maintaining a gap of min 100mm in between the glasses to form an observation window laying by silica gel crystals at the bottom of the window surface, for the production control room with necessary rubber or teak wood beadings for the corner of the window, complete in all respect as per drawing and detail.

FALSE CEILING

Supply and fixing of ACOUSTICALLY ABSORPTIVE GRID FALSE CEILING which includes Glasswool Acoustical ceiling tiles of size 600 x 600mm with NRC-0.9 , finished in white acoustical fleece. The tiles shall be laid on a white matt finished Galvanized T grid system comprising of main runners 3600x38x24, cross tee 1200x 28x 24mm & wall angle of 3050x24x24mm. The framework to be suitably supported from the false ceiling by means of the GI wire butterfly clips level adjusters etc. , complete in all respect as per working drawings and detail.

Supply, Installation, Testing, commissioning of following double door type distribution boards fabricated out of 16 SWG, CRCA sheet steel recessed in wall or surface mounted complete with tinned copper bus- bar, wire-set, neutral link, earth bar, din-bar, detachable gland plate, cable, identification labels interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted, including earthing etc. as required. Each Three phase DB shall have separate neutral link for each phase with one main Neutral Link. Earth Bars shall be mounted on insulators for dedicated earthing. INTERNAL WIRING WORKS
