Earth work in stoney earth and gravels mixed with stone and boulder not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per specification approved by the dept.
Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part there of in excavation/ banking excavated or stacked materials
Supplying & Filling foundation trenches , plinth & ditches with clean course river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 c.m. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and all taxes of sand,cost & conveyance of water, cost of all Labour,labour cess,T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.
Back filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m.
Antitermite treatment with Chloropyriphos 20%
Cement concrete (1:4:8) in foundation using 40 mm size clean hard black broken granite metal free from skin & weather skin of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level, ramming, compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing etc. complete with cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T &P and machineries etc. completed in all respect as directed by the E.I.C
R.C.C. work (M-25) in plinth band, slab, chajja having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 150 Kg/cm sqm in 15 cm. Cubes at 28 days with IS 456 and 516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size (20mm Not to exceed 25 %) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compaction concrete watering an curing for 4 weeks, (Including centering, shuttering) and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of HYSD/ M.S. rods or Tor steel (SAIL) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. rods of Tor steel and binding wire and tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the E.I.C RCC foundation, Footing bases of column, mass concrete pre-cast, etc.
