Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge with in all leads and lifts and as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1: cement :3 sand :6 graded crushed stone agg. of 40mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement conctete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5sand: 10graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in R/Wall/Brest walls the size of plum 150 to 300mm as per PWD specification. With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement 1.5sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation , footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in –Charge.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1: cement :2 sand :4 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

40mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1: cement :2 sand :4 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat a neat cement complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs landing and the like floors etc.upto 200mm in thickness.upto all thickness including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Verticval surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Columns , pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

providing and fixing man hole cover MS angle 65 x 65 x5 mm with steel plates 3.15 mm thick including frame.( the weight of frame and cover should be not less then 50 kgs) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing 1mm thick MS Sheet garrage with frame of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron 3.15mm MS gusset plates at junctions and corners , all necessary fittings Complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint .using flats 30mm x6mm for digonal braces and central cross pieces. with in all leads & lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Placing horizontal layer filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Top layer Fine Sand (Eff. Size 0.20 to 0.40 and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00).

Second layer Coarse Sand 3mm to 6mm.

Third layer Bajri 6mm to20mm.

Fourty layer Bajri 20mm to 25mm.

Bottom layer Brocken stone 50mm to 75mm.

Providing & fixing sand cast/ cast iron spun spigot and socket soil waste and ventilating pipe (100mm nominal size) (Lead caulked) points to be measured and paid for separately) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing cast iron Cowl 100mm nominal size with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of RCC Pole 1.80 mtr height including curring hosting in position and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge (rate contract) 1.8 mtr C/C

Fixing galvinised steel barbed wire (IS-278-1962 type-I) weighting 9.38 Kgs./ 100 mtr and fixing to any type of stanared rails, straining bolt including securing with and poistion of GMS, staples or steel pins etc. As directed (post and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and stereing bolt shall be paid for separately with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge)

Laying, Jointing & testing of Galvanised mild steel tube light grade including the cost of Tee, Bend, Union, Socket & elbow etc. complete in all respcet (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
