Note :- (i) Repairing of pump set only will be measured and paid separately in respective items of BOQ.

Material and labour for repair of 50 mm bore GI pipe taken out vide item No 12 above by cutting down and removing damaged threaded portion of pipe from both ends and making the deep threads on both ends of the pipe and supply and fix a socket heavy grade screwed and welded at one end complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of submersible (vertical) pump set 5 HP capacity by opening the pumpset and replacement of unserviceable parts, oiling/greasing the lubricating the parts and reassembling, painting of submersible pumpset with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after clearing and scrubbing complete including testing for satisfactory operation all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rewinding, Lathe work, replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ as supply only and labour element for fixing including greasing, overhauling and packing of pump set will be included in the unit rate quoted. Supply only chlorine tablets conatained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitiser refill for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled relaease of disinfectant in water, suitable for operation for item No102 dosing system complete all as directed Make:- Declibac model stequa 411 refill or equivalent.

Material and labour for cleaning of underground static water tank (SWT) of capacity 20,000-25,000 gallon after scrapping out the scales/deposits from all inner surfaces of tank thoroughly, washing with bleaching powder solution (mixed @ 0.5 Kg of bleaching powder of chlorine content 30% per 1000 liters of water), bailing out the settled materials completely away from the site within 100 metres distance, cleaning the tank with clean water and finally sterilizing the tank as mentioned in notes below and writing “TANK CLEANED ON…..”(date), “DUE DATE ON…..(date) with 10 cm size white letters on black back ground by engaging skilled artist using best quality synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Note:- The contractor should follow the following procedure in addition to above which demeed to be included in the contractor quoted rate. (a) Mechanized removal of all dirty water by using high capacity submersible pumps. (b) Removal of sludge by using vaccum operated pump (c) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and ground by high pressure rotary jet of 12 Kg/sqcm pressure. (d) Removal of all dirt particles by industrial wet vaccum cleaner leaving the tank physically cleaned as per Engr-in- Charge satisfaction. (e) Sterilization of tank by agents eco-friendly, bio-degradable and highly effective against all pathogens, or approved chemical. (f) Sterilization of tank atmosphere by industrial UV radiator leaving the tank complete sterilized (g) All the required Tools and plants, lubricants/oils and materials will be supplied by the contractor during the work.

Supply and spread dry river washed sand free from foreign material in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified and directed. Note:- For payment purpose only punned thickness of sand will be measured & paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised steel tubing 50 mm dia, light grade laid in trenches/ fixed to poles, walls etc as a protection for service cable including removing existing old unserviceable rusted pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The minor parts such as clamps, screw etc.,, required for fixing pipe on wall, pole, panel etc., shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost which is deemed to be included in the contractor quoted rate.

M & L for road cutting of size 30cm width x 45 cm depth for laying of cable/ pipe including making good the road with necessary returning filling including ramming and replacing bituminous portion with 15 cm thick PCC in 1:2:4, on the top and matching the surface with existing road, curing complete all as specified and directed.
