Dismantling of existing roof treatment consisting of screed, tar felts, etc and removing building materials to a distance of 500m or under, beyond the lead incl in the rates incl loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masanory,laid dry below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Removing building materials from any floor upto 3 storey bldg roof to a distance of 3.5 KM out of MoD land or above, beyond the lead incl in the rates incl loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC tank , setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repair cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnecting and re fixing in position after cleaning capacity of water tank exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr capacity.

Supply and Fixing in repair rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks white tripple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) capacity 500 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white tripple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) capacity 1000 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair PVC ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 20mm bore pipes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections by disconnecting fittings/tubing from existing tubing were required including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connections by disconnecting fittings/tubing from existing tubing were required including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in CM 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps cills for concealed water tubing and making good cutting n. exc. 10 cm girth in stone walls.

Supply & fixed GI tubing medium grade 15mm dia incl fittings, cutting threading and fixing to walls or fixing in concealed walls or in floors etc, and making good the surfaces matching to exsiting surafaces of walls/ floor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixed GI tubing medium grade 20mm dia incl fittings, cutting threading and fixing to walls or fixing in concealed walls or in floors etc, and making good the surfaces matching to exsiting surafaces of walls/ floor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing old steel tubing of 15mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.

Refixing old steel tubing of 20mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.

Supply & Fixed in repairs 20mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

Demolition cement concrete in any position not other wise specifically provided for

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof top including WPC as per manufacturers instructions to achieve the slop required, with minimum thickness of 25mm consolidated and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material and Labour for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC will be applied over the roof slab. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by pounding with water for seven days for any seepage/leakages etc. If any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaired the slab will be tested for water tightness again before proceeding with further treatment.

Material & Labour for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for Non Approachable roofs-

(a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster.

(b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces.

(c) Providing APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm thick with non woven polyster core applied by heating one surface of membrane with LPG torch with overlap of 100 mm at centre & 150 mm at end sealed by flame as per manufacturers instructions complete.Cutting groove in the vertical surface & making good with PCC(1:2:40 type B-0) with bitumenous gola as per manufacturers instructions.

(d) Applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 0.10Kg/Sqm.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls ,concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surface of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and Labour rendering 5mm thick on fair face of concrete with CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair surface of concrete surfaces by using CM 1;4. finished even and smooth with out using extra cement for ceiling ,drops of roof and chajja where reinforcements are exposed

Preparation of plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather coat over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty for neat and smooth finishing complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:4) on concrete surfaces in two coats comprising of 10mm thick under coat and 5mm thick top coat using approved epoxy compound added in the plaster mortar @ 2% by weight of cement, including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:6) on concrete /stone masonry surfaces in two coats comprising of one coat of 10mm thick and one coat of 5mm thick, including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (Note for Ser Item No. 30 :- Supply only approved epoxy shall be measured and paid for seperately.)

Supply only Hydro-seal Silicon Epoxy all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Nominal Mix as in chajjas, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, comlete all as specified and as directed.

S&Fsupply & Fixing cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- but 6mm to 8mm dia (as in stirrups).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of sized 600x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in ement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete Type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mus stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of sunken floors and corners, complete all as specified and directed

Supplying & laying 03 coats of reinforced acrylic coating ‘New Coat’ as on sunken floor applied @1.5 Ltr/Sqm in 03 coats to achieve total 1mm thickness in any position including cleaning surface of sunken slab with wire brush/mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust/dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete/sunken slab etc including repairing of loose/defective joints and applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 to level the surface and treatment to be applied all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, vitreous China squatting pan of Orrisa pattern size 580mmx440mm white (Ist quality) with ‘P’ or ’S’ trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests of any pattern complete including provision of lime concrete bedding, trap and connection to flush pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous china premium quality/1st quality wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) & incl 01 No ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap of dia 100mm including provn of lime concrete bedding, complete all as specified.

Supply & fixed Polymer coloured (Polypropeylene Delrin and ABS) low level flushing cistern 10 Ltr capacity, valveless syphonic action type complete with inlet ball valve float valve bends brackets, rawl plug, brass screws handle etc complete having BIS derscription mark with 2731 with and including suitable size of MS brackets, plug, screws all as required incl taking down existing high level/low level flushing cistern any type disconnecting pipes and jointing with new one etc and making good the floors/walls as per existing floor finish/wall finish including 32 mm bore PVC flush pipe and jointing with Water closet of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs 75mm dia cast iron floor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type-B-1 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm brick aggregate all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type-B-1 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm brick aggregate all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out complete all as specified and directed.
