Carriage and shifting of 100 kva transformer to workshop for repairs by way of disconnecting the input and output power connections, lifting of electric transformer from its installed position by using manual labour, crane and then shifting to workshop by using carriage vehicle. Shifting back after carrying out repaired transformer to site. The job includes loading and un-loading of transformer at LIS Pindi sarochana old and workshop, manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles, hire charges of crane. Complete job.

Repairs to the 100 kva transformer by way of dismantling transformer at workshop and extracting out the damaged coils, LT bushes, HT bushes, rubber gasket, copper nuts and bolts. Rewinding of all HT coils with standard gauge with proper insulation & taping. Reconditioning of 3 no’s LT leg coils using quality insulation material. Repairs to core of transformer by extracting damaged and flashed core material and replacing it with fresh core material. Heating repaired transformer in oven to get required megger value. Properly cleaning the oil tank with scrubbers to remove all carbon deposits. Lowering of the coils inside the sump of the transformer. Providing and fitting of LT and HT bush rod sets, new insulator, rubber gasket, new copper nuts and bolts. Refitting of the top cover of transformer by providing and fitting of new gasket sheet. Filling with 150 liters of fresh transformer oil. Testing the continuity of each phase and secure all connection. The job includes the cost of materials, labour charges, testing on no load and full load, tools and tackles used during the execution of job.

Replacement of suction pipeline of pumping unit no 2 by way of dismantling existing pipeline with the help of gas cutter. Fitting of new 200 mm diameter suction pipe 6 meters in length ( to be provided by department). Welding of 200 mm dia flanges on suction side of pumping unit. Total number of 200 mm dia flanges required is 4 numbers. The job includes excavation cost of pipe, cost of laying of pipes, charges of welding, labour charges, carriage charges of old pipes from lift irrigation station to road side and then to department store.
