Providing & erecting the Mandap (Samiyana) on hire basis for programme of one day with necessary framing work with colourful/white clean clothes and for celing partition including carting charges with all leads and lifts etc. complete and removing the same after completion of programme. Hire Charges for One Complete Day.

Providing & erecting colourful clean clothes partitions on hire for occasion for one day with necessary framing work of bamboos and round wooden ballies inlcuding carting charges to site of work with all leads and lifts etc. complete and removing the same after completion of programmes. Hire Charges for One Complete Day.

Providing Material & labour for Barricades with necessary steel framing work of average height 1000 mm, on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer-in charge. Hire Charges for One Complete Day.

Supplying and providing wooden table with cloth cover and freel on hire basis inlcuding carting charges with all leads and lift etc. complete and removing the same after completion of programme. Hire Charges for One Complete Day.

Supplying Plastic chair neat and clean on hire basis including carting at site of work with all lead and lift. Hire Charges for One Complete Day.

Providing Material & labour for Flex Banners with printing and with necessary wooden/steel framing work etc, including fixing at any height on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing signages on foam sheet of size 0.45 M x 0.60 M with fixing on stand / suspended etc complete as directed by engineer at site of work.

Supplying LED lights 200 watt with wiring and in operational condition on hire basis f including carting charges with all lead and lift. Hire Charges for one Complete Day.

Supplying 20L Cool drinking water Jar/Jug as per Indian Standards at Drinking Water counter in required nos. etc complete as directed by engineer at site of work. Brand as specified by engineer in charge.

Supplying drinking water disposal glass at all Polling Stations of Dadra and Nagar Haveli

Supplying matresses, bed sheet, blanket and pillow on hire basis including carting charges with all lead and lift. Hire Charges for one Complete Day.

Distempeing (Two coats) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on wall surfaces to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint, to give an even shade including cleaning the of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously printed steel and other metal surface with synthetic enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing material and labour for 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing screw down bib taps of following size.(A) Brass screw down bib tap polished bright. (i) 15mm dia.

Providing and fixing pillar tap, capstan head, screw down high pressure with screws, shanks and back nuts. (i) 15mm dia.

Supplying and fixing Commercial Plywood Sheet 12 mm as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg./Sq.Cm. in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1- Cement : 6 -fine sand) (B) Conventional
