Establishment of 11KV Sub-station with Associated works at INICAI Campus, BE-BG.

Supply , installation, making connections of existing cable terminals, testing and commissioning of 630A, 11KV HT panel (Breaker OEM built panel) with 2 nos of incoming feeders(VCB), one Bus-coupler(VCB), 4nos of outgoing feeders(VCB) along with meters & protective relays including suitable capacity of FCBC charger unit with battery bank, stand & DCDB etc., complete as per applicable standard with components/ details as per drawing(SLD) and detailed technical specifications.

Supply , installation, making connections of existing cable terminals, testing and commissioning of 1250 KVA, 11kV/433V, Dyn11, KNAN Transformer having on load tap changer (OLTC) for output voltage control and energy efficiency Level-2 losses as per IS1180 with complete components/details as per drawing(SLD) and detailed technical specifications(DTS).

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of below mentioned rating sandwitch type alluminium bus duct of IP 66 grade outdoor duty including required bends, Elbow, adoptor boxes, Flange end, copper flexible braid, Canopy, steel support structure etc. as required at site & as per norms with outdoor duty painting. Bus duct for 2500A, Isc=50kA for 1sec (Pls refer drg)

Supply , installation, making connections of existing cable terminals, testing and commissioning of LT main MAIN LT PANEL complete as per IEC61439 & IEC61641-IA 50Ka/0.3 sec. with components/details as per drawing(SLD) and detailed technical specifications. LT panels shall be equipped with DIN Rail mount wired / wireless thermal sensors in each vertical compartment as recommended by the OEM. The OEM shall concur on the thermal sensor locations. Communication between thermal sensors and data concentrator / gate way shall be either wired or wireless. However, data concentrator shall be compatible with MODBUS TCP / IP protocol. The agency shall submit the system architecture, data sheets for thermal sensors with data concentrator / gateway for approvals along with the panel GA, power & control circuit drawings before proceeding for manufacturing.

Supply , installation, making connections of existing cable terminals, testing and commissioning of 200 kVAr APFC PANEL complete as per IEC61439 & IEC61641 with components/details as per drawing(SLD) and detailed techical specifications.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 600 kW / 750 kVA, SILENT Electric Generating Set with CPCB-IV+, approved acoustic enclosure comprising of Radiator Cooled Diesel engine developping 890 BHP (approximately) at 1500 RPM with Controller, complete with standard accessories, coupled to Alternator rated at 600 kW / 750 kVA at 415 Volts, mounted on Channel Iron Base Frame complete with Fuel Tank of 990 Ltrs. Capacity, breaker control panel and 2 number of 12 V Batteries & suitable Battery charger. DG set shall be supplied with AMF controller for Auto start of DG set in case of EB failure. The genset controller shall have AMF functionality with all necessary protections as required. The controller shall also have synchronization compatibility for future applications. Further details shall be as per drawing and detailed technical specifications. (Reference Genset controller:- DEIF SGC controller or equivalent).
