REPAIR / MAINT OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS AND DISTRIBUTION AT MIL STN FAZILKA

Cleaning of Clear/Raw water underground (Sump)/OHT/Sludge tank/Back wash tank/jack well/Clarifloculator UG Sump of cap 1.0 LGLN manually by traind and skilled manpower of working in under ground sump reservior with suitable T&P and safty equipments, Tools and safty measures. Draining out the contaminated muddy water from the bottom surface of sump and cleaning the side walls with the help of wire brush including removal green fungs leaves and other dust and dirt ,scraping of dissolved impurities, removal of surface mud /silt ,cleaning with water and draining out complete unwanted meterial obtained from cleaning as well as apply spray of suitable approved disinfactant chemical safe for human being on inner surface of the sump and apply two coat of lime on inner wall and writing the date of cleaning with synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Sluge/Mud obtained from bottom have to removed and deposited at specifed location directed by Engr-in-Chagre. (ii) The contractor has to make arrangement for entering into overhead tank if his labour not feel confident to ride upon existing stair of overhead tank .

All as per item No 1 but for clarifloculator Semi UG sump of diameter; 14.5 meter and depth exceedings exceeding 7.5 meter. Note :- Clarifloculator Semi UG sump will be cleaned two times in one year. Cleaning each time /instance will be considered as each job.

All as per item No 1 but for Alum Dosing System/Area and Filter outlet valve chamber area. Note :- Alum Dosing System/Area and Filter area will be cleaned two times in one year. Cleaning each time /instance will be considered as each job.

Supply and fix in replacement of sluice valve iron spindle flanged type of class PN 1.6 complete of size 250 mm dia complete with iron wheel, nuts, bolts and washer incl rubber/fiber flanged joints etc. complete all as specified.
