M&L for Electrical Main LT Panel,Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Indoor type LT panel in replacement suitable to be mounted on the floor using MS channel frame work, with cable entry from bottom per drawing passed by GE with removable gland plates with required knock-outs for incoming and outgoing cables. Panel shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick steel folded and braced as necessary to provide a rigid support for all components, totally enclosed and degree of protection shall not be less than IP-54, multi-tier cubicle type formation with front hinged lockable doors for the individual feeders/ compartments, preparation of surface and treatment by seven tank process, powder coated with approved colour for not less than 50 microns and all doors and covers shall be fully gasket using good quality EPDM gasket and /or rubber strips, and to provide good quality locking arrangement, durable door 1.5mm thick opening & closing mechanism and digital volt & Amp meter and all as per approved from CPRI comprising of following as under:-.

(b) 02 Nos for Condenser water pump 02 Nos 63 Amp., 25KA, 415V TP MCB with adjustable thermal settings, with starter suitable for condenser water motor rating AC 3 phase 415V, 50Hz. The starter shall be with single phase prevention and electronic timer, with sufficient auxiliary contacts for remote ON/OFF indication lamps, bi-metallic thermal overload relay of suitable size current rating, ON/OFF push buttons suitable wired and interconnected with 4.0 Sq.mm single stranded PVC copper wire, etc, complete in all respects. (c) 02 Nos for Chiller water pump (primary motor) 02 Nos 63 Amp., 25KA, 415V TP MCB with adjustable thermal settings, with starter suitable for Chiller water motor rating AC 3 phase 415V, 50Hz. The starter shall be with single phase prevention and electronic timer, with sufficient auxiliary contacts for remote ON/OFF indication lamps, bi-metallic thermal overload relay of suitable size current rating, ON/OFF push buttons suitable wired and interconnected with 4.0 Sq.mm single stranded PVC copper wire, etc, complete in all respects. (d) 02 Nos for Chiller water pump (secondery motor) 02 Nos 63 Amp., 25KA, 415V TP MCB with adjustable thermal settings, with starter suitable for Chiller water motor rating AC 3 phase 415V, 50Hz. (e) 01 Nos for Cooling Tower 01 Nos 32Amp., 25KA, 415V TP MCCB with adjustable thermal settings, with starter suitable for cooling Tower motor rating, AC 3 duty 415V, 50Hz. The starter shall be with single phase prevention and electronic timer, with sufficient auxiliary contacts for remote ON/OFF indication lamps, bi-metallic thermal overload relay of suitable size current rating, ON/OFF push buttons suitably wired and interconnected with 6.0 Sq.mm single stranded PVC copper wire, etc., complete in all respects. (f) 01 Nos for APFC panel. 1 No 160 Amp 36KA, 415V TP+NL MCCB with adjustable thermal settings.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following factory made Indoor type LT panel in replacement suitable to be mounted on the Floor as per site requirement using M.S channel frame work, with cable entry from bottom as per drawing passed by EIC with removable gland plates with required knock-outs for incoming and outgoing cables. Panel shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet 1.5 mm thick steel folded and braced as necessary to provide a rigid support for all components, totally enclosed and degree of protection shall not be less than IP-54, multi-tier cubicle type formation with front hinged lockable doors for the individual feeders/compartments, preparation of surface and treatment by seven tank process, powder coated with approved colour for not less than 50 microns and all doors and covers shall be fully gasket using good quality EPDM gasket and /or rubber strips, and to provide good quality locking arrangement, durable door opening & closing mechanism, aluminum bus bars of 1.5 times capacity of main for three phases and neutral, bus bar insulators, heat shrinable PVC sleeves etc, with necessary interconnections as spectified and directed by Engr-in-charge including comprising of following switchgear and accessories complete in all respects:-.

Outgoing :(a) For Compresser-03 Nos MCCB Four ploe 63 Amps, 415Volts, 36KA breaking capacity with fixed adjustable thermal setting -3 No (i) Blower Motor 02 Nos 32 Amp., 25KA, 415V TP MCB with adjustable thermal settings, wire, etc, complete in all respects.(ii) 01 Nos for Cooling Tower 01 Nos 63Amp., 25KA, 415V TP MCB with adjustable thermal settings, with starter suitable for cooling Tower motor rating, AC 3 duty 415V, 50Hz.

Outgoing :(b) For condenser water pump-02 Nos (i) The star delta starter AC , 3 phase, 415 V suitable for condenser water pump motor of cap 10 HP, shall be with single phase preventer, electronic timer, with sufficient auxiliary contacts for remote ON/OFF indication lamps, bi-metallic thermal overload relay of suitable size current rating, ON/OFF push buttons suitably wired and interconnected with 6.0 Sq.mm single stranded PVC copper wire, etc, complete in all respects.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Digital Microprocessor up controller for Vlrp V1 single compressor and fixing in LT control Panel mounted on AC Plant of Voltas model 5H80 of capacity 80TR having complete feature as per existing of cat part NO : ACEPUMPC020D of voltas make or equivalent in Blue Star/Soft Hard Automation Pvt Ltd and all as specifieed and directed by engineer-in-charge at site.
