Operation of Creep Central AC Plant(24x7) basis :- (i) Operator-Cum-Technician (Gr-II)- 1 No. & Helper/Khallasi- 1 No. in each of 3 shifts (i.e. A, B & C) for 7 days a week for 365 days ii) Techician (Skilled)-1 No. in General shift on all office days(except GH days) Mon to Fri, & Sat (if declared working days) (for detail refer Scope of work)............N.B: The quoted rates shall be inclusive of EPF & ESI as per Gov. of India norms.

Dismantling of defective chequered plate & Supply & Fixing of New Chequred Plate (Minimum thickness 6mm) confirming to IS-3502, on existing structure, stairs -(Steel Work as complete) & as per instruction of engineer in-charge……..Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required...........In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.
