Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor(unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick for sub-base in sub floor sub base, floor and paving etc cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 100 mm thick 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) as in sub flooring , complete all specified and directed.

Demolition for floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured/printed vitrified ceramic tiles dark shade 10mm thick (square or rectangular) polished area of each tile not exc. 0.36 sqm and laid in floors & wall etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed. (Note- including epoxy for jointing tiles instead of white/coloured cements).

M&L coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but not exc 0.16 sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid beded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness etc in roof coverings/cladding/eave etc complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting, with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts with washers in roof, 0.63mm thick, grade-O quality, with 120 grms/sqm zinc coating and grade 'B' Class 8 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof wall etc.

Refixing Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings with two corrugation side lap fixed with L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts and dome type bitumen washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thickness fixed with l or J type or cranked hook bolts with washers, in roofs as in ridge etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site including making the disturbed portion , complete all specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 15 above but size exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all specified and directed.

The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats all as specified & directed.

S&F of 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick glazed & skeleton shutters for windows , open rebated & prepared to receive glass/gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass etc size of member of shutters as spd in SSR part-1 sec 8 clause 8.24(b) supplied and fitted to chowkats all as spd.

S&F of 2nd class hard wood Plain solid straight chowkhats of wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete including tarring back of surface in contact with walls all as specified & directed.

Providing, cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, hold fasts, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Taking down metal rolling shutter manually operated of any size each including refixing in the same position after carrying out the repair including welding of any defective parts and oiling and greasing etc to all moving parts tensioning to spring to make proper functioning of the shutter complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (replacement of defective parts shall be paid separately under separate items here-in-before). repaired shutter shall be firmly secured in walls /columns all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of old tension spring with new tension spring of size exc 300mm and not exc 450mm (size of shutters not exc 10sqm) complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item above but size of tension spring exc 450 but not exc 600mm ( size of shutter exc10sqm but not exc 25sqm) complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of certain laths of size 50x1.25mm thick interlocking laths section complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of 1.60mm thick black sheet steel guide channel of any depth 65/75mm with suitable holes for embedding in cement mortar 1;3 complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
